But then one day you said, “NO MORE, I can’t take this anymore. I don’t want to leave but I must do this. I’ll take on this new path alone. I’m sorry.”

Since you’ve left I’ve been looking forward to the weekends. Without knowing I’ve been telling myself ‘THANK GOD IT’S FRIDAY’ just so I can go out and not be reminded that you’re already gone. My PRAYER was that I hope you’re doing well on your own and that you live with no regrets.

At times when I’m reminded of you I ask ‘WHY ME? Why must I endure everything by myself?’ Then I would look up and it’s as if the WIND was comforting me with its cold breeze. I HATE this feeling, the feeling of being left behind. But I can’t really bring myself to hate you. It was a decision you made and I’m sure you’ve thought about it alone and hard; considering everything and all the consequences that comes with it.

Sometimes I REMINISCE all the times we were together and I would continuously tell myself that I agreed with you and that I respect your decision. But I have a CONFESSION to make I made it seem like I was okay but the truth is I was hurt. I know nothing lasts forever and that eventually we would part ways but it was just too sudden for me.

But in the end there was I nothing I could do and so I shall BEGIN AGAIN. And I hope that when we bump into each other one day we can greet each other with a smile.

I don't even know where to start. This sudden news of Hoya not renewing his contract and leaving Infinite. To be honest when an article was released saying one out of the seven members did not yet renew I thought of three people and Hoya was one of those three. I don't know why but when I read that article three names popped in my head but of course I hoped for a positive result and it was just a feeling I had but now that it's been confirmed it hurts to know that the group you stan would no longer be ot7. Honestly I've been a fan of kpop for around 8 years and I've liked so many groups but Infinite was the first and only group I ever joined the fandom. Of course who am I to judge I'm just a fan and I respect his decision. I mean considering the time since the article was released to the time it was confirmed, it took him a while to finally make a decision which we all know was probably hard for him. It only means that he really thought things through and the fact that it was not a rash decision and that at least they parted ways with no hard feelings or issues, I'm thankful for that. No one wants it to end this way but of course this day would eventually come I just didn't expect it to be this soon. I'll support Hoya in his solo career and would continue to support Infinite. It's just going to take me a while to fully accept this reality. But for me Infinite would still be and forever be ot7. My love for Infinite is Infinite.
