carrd.co is the website u make them on! heres a page that has some FAQ stuff on it like how to use the site builder- u start with a template or blank (i find it easier to start w a template) and just go from there! its rly easy to get the hang of!! u can only make 3 carrd sites with an account but back when i used carrd i used multiple emails lmfao
