Let's save the world

Where’s my sword, where’s my wand

Where’s my compass, where’s my gun

Why this world? Why me?

This is not what I was born to be

Let’s fight monsters, let’s save the world

Let’s live the fantasies we heard in words

I want to be a hero

I want to run away

I want to keep you safe, I don’t want to be afraid

And while I breathe this sad, sick air and all its clatter

I slip into other worlds where I do matter

Something Good Can Work

Face the future before it faces you Don't be scared, we'll get this through I know you're strong and you can count on me To confront the monsters your heart can't beat

The Bitter Song

  The blind arrogance moved you

A dark smile across your face

You watched me make my move

But you couldn’t solve your case

  So what if you crown your empire?

You build yourself out of desires

Burn down the acts of a liar

  Now you're sinking you can’t breathe

That you stared from the crowd

Well, that doesn't sound like you

I’m glad you’re stuck there for a bit

So that for once you get to see

Angels can fall and get on their feet

But demons won’t escape from hell
