i’ve been a fan of the books since i was 12 and the way people act about but this pissed me off be more open minded and see how book write annabeth struggles with being a women that it is blonde and no one take her seriously, to having a black actress, who play her have the same struggles today that being a black girl/women people don’t take you seriously in the world, their opinion get overshadowed and then five minutes later a white person come around and get praised for the same opinion, this history and current society we see this happen so much. and it really make me think that y’all never really understood annabeth character as an whole because the both go through the issues but being an airless blonde is much more an 2000s/90s one unlike like black women today still don’t get the same respect yet.
