Patton: So, whoâs your favorite Disney Princess?
Remus: Donald Duck
Do you do prompts still?
I do!
If anyone is interested, just drop me an ask!
I also saw your request in my asks, so donât worry! Iâll get to work on it as soon as I can!
Sorry for the late reply!
Hello, could I please be added to the intrulogical taglist? Thank you!
Yes, you most definitely can be!
I apologize for the very delayed reply!
Hi! I was wondering if i could be added to your intrulogical tag list if its still open? I adore your writing and content, great work! â€
You can absolutely be added!
My tag list is always open, if anyone is ever interested!
Sorry for the very delayed reply!
U love Set It Off, it's *such* a great band.
Set It Off is a very great band, and I highly recommend it to anyone who hasnât listened to them.
My personal favorite of their songs is the Acoustic version of Bleak December. Never in my life has swearing sounded so soothing to me, until I listened to that song.
DUDE I WAS JUST LITENING TO SWAN SONG BY SET IT OFF WHEN I SAW THAT POST AND YEAH I HAVE THOUGHT OF THAT.
Woah, that is some funny coincidence right there!
And itâs nice to know Iâm not the only one who thought about this!
Sorry for the very delayed reply! Been busy with work and schoolâŠ
I canât get a Joan and Talyn fusion out of my mind...
Has anyone done that yet? Like, draw what Talyn and Joan might be as a fusion???
Where have I been, if anyone is curious?
So, Iâve been pretty inactive with my posts for awhile, and thatâs because Iâve been busy lately. Itâs nothing too serious. I just recently changed my job, and Iâm adjusting to school life again.
Donât worry, though! Hopefully I should be getting back into the flow of things, posting stuff, and answering all the asks that were sitting in my inbox for a hot minute.
Sorry for just sort of dropped off the grid for a bit! I figured not many people were worried, which is totally fine, but I thought I should make an announcement anyways.
It feels good to be back! Even if itâs not official yet.
Anybody else just sit back and think about how Swan Song by Set It Off is just such a âDeceit singing about Virgil abandoning the other Dark Sides,â type thing?
Cause, I do, and let me tell you, it hurts my gosh darn heart to think about.
Iâm honestly debating on making an animatic or PMV for it, but if I did it probably wouldnât turn out well.
You have no clue how long I've been looking for this post bc I saw it
I made art for it
And then the post disappeared- aNYHOW!!
I found this post so here!!! Have art!!!
Thomas, drinking orange juice at five oâclock in the morning: ...
Remus: Could you imagine if someone just murdered you right now?
Thomas: ...
Remus: Like, on the bright side, youâd be too tired to care if you died. Plus, youâre drinking orange juice. Bad side, youâd be murdered.
Hey so I got one for you Logan a curious scientist stumbles upon a code siren instead of of the normal fish half it's an octopus bottom and he goes by Remus they end up getting close and Remus doesn't mind being in an aquarium because Logan is always there
This was actually pretty tough to write! I wasnât sure where I should start or end the fic, and I rewrote it a few times.
Hopefully you enjoy the outcome either way!
Also, sorry for the super long wait!

The salty air stung Loganâs nose as he scanned over the surrounding waters, gaze searching for something, any sign of the creature that had been described on the news earlier that morning.
âAre you sure thereâs even a creature out here?â Thomas asked from his seat on the deck, gaze focused on a variety of books placed around him, each flipped to a certain page, âI know what the books and news say, butâŠâ he trailed off, shaking his head at the idea of all their efforts going to waste, just because of some source getting their information wrong.
âDonât you worry, Thomas,â Logan reassured, flashing his co-worker a quick smile, âThere will be something out here, Iâm sure of it,â he gestured to the books littering the floor, âAfter all, the research is all there.â
âBut a siren?â Thomas couldnât help but reply, leaning back in his chair and shifting his gaze towards the bright blue sky, âWe may as well sign our death warrants now,â he muttered in defeat.
âRemember, Thomas, not all sirens are bad,â Logan explained, flipping through the book he held in his hand, âAll of them can be morally gray, from what I have researched. For example, Savior Sirens help guide ships through storms and dangerous waters,â he turned to hold up a drawing of said siren, gently tapping the page with his finger.
âYou mean thereâs different types?â Thomas groaned, rubbing his hands over his eyes in frustration.
âYes, so we may not be sure which type we find,â Logan gestured to the bag that was laying by Thomasâ feet, âWhich is why I prepared us for any and all types that we may come across in this area.â
Thomas sighed, glancing down at the massive duffel bag, âWell, Iâm glad youâre more prepared than I am for this,â he admitted, picking up the bag and digging through it, scanning over the various items that Logan had brought with him.
âOf course Iâm prepared, why else would I bring two lifeboats with us?â
âYou know, I was going to ask about thatâŠâ Thomas hummed as he glanced over at the two small lifeboats that were tucked on the side of the ship, âThey look more like canoesâŠâ
âWell, you try fitting two big lifeboats on our tiny sailboat,â Logan snapped in reply, his gaze holding an amusement to it.
âYeah, alright, fair enough.â
ââââ
Night had fallen. Thomas had gone to bed, and Logan was left up on his own, several cups of coffee littering the floor, keeping pages pinned to the ground. He was skimming through various pages he had previously bookmarked, refreshing his mind on what he may expect if he and Thomas did encounter a siren.
Occasionally, he flicked his gaze to the dark ocean, hoping for something, anything, to suddenly show up and prove his research wasnât all for naught. He didnât just wish to prove himself right, he was desperate for knowledge about the mysterious and beautiful creatures that would either help or harm the people that come across them.
âSo, are you a weird conspiracy nut like the others?â
Logan blinked several times as the unfamiliar voice registering in his brain. He looked up from his book, finding a manâno, donât be ridiculous, Logan, itâs obviously the sirenâwas resting against the edge of the boat, arms crossed as it leaned forward slightly, staring at him curiously, âIâm a scientist, actually,â Logan corrected, closing his book and shifting his gaze around his surroundings. When had itâŠ?
âHuh, donât get many of those out here,â the creature hummed, âSay, whatâs it like living on the surface?â it asked, resting itâs gin in the palm of his hand, âMy dopey brother has been begging me to ask you about it for the past few hours, but heâs too much of a chicken to come over here himself.â
âRemus!â a second voice snapped, just barely a whisperâLogan almost missed it over the swaying ocean.
âWhat? Iâm just telling him the truth!â
âUm, Iâm sorry, but,â Logan quickly cut into the conversation before a possible argument broke out, âWhat type of siren are you, exactly?â he asked, âYouâre not seducing me into a watery grave, which leaves out Killer Sirens,â he quietly muttered to himself, tapping his chin thoughtfully as he tried to recall the different types that lurked in the sea.
Remus, as the siren was called, raised an eyebrow, tilting itâs head to the side, âYouâre a weird one, you know that?â it commented, âCertainly not like most humans Roman and I run into.â
Logan dug through his bag, pulling out a stack of several empty notebooks, âThat makes sense, considering sirens are known for being killers, it would be logical to assume Iâm one of the first people who hasnât tried to run away or kill you out of fear right away,â he rambled, glaring down at the bag, âWhere did I put myâŠâ he grumbled in annoyance.
âUh⊠yeahâŠâ
The scientist noticed out of the corner of his eye that a second Siren had slowly risen up beside Remus, gaze hesitant, âSo, will you tell us what itâs like being human?â it asked.
âGladly,â Logan replied, letting out a quiet âAh-ha!â in triumph as he finally found his pen.
âReally?â the siren beside Remus excitedly asked, eyes wide with wonder, âYouâd do that for us?â it asked, pure joy in itâs eyes.
âUnder one condition,â Logan picked up his notebooks and chair, carrying it over to where the two sirens were, âYou answer any and all my questions honestly, just as I will do for you,â he sat down in the chair and flipped open the first notebook, clicking his pen twice, âDo we have a deal?â
âI donât see why not, handsome!â Remus offered Logan a wide grin, âThis is my little brother Roman, by the way,â it gestured to the siren beside it.
âHi,â Roman chirped, offering a light wave to the scientist.
âRight, nice to meet both of you,â Logan offered the two a small smile, âIâm Logan.â
ââââ
The sun was slowly rising over the horizon, causing a pink and blue mix to fill the sky. Logan had been talking with the two sirens for several hours now, and had just about filled up his fifth notebook with information.
âGosh, learning about the human world has been so much fun!â Roman chirped, swishing his tail with excitement, causing a loud splash in the water, âIâd love to see all of this stuff in person!â
âYour history is rather interesting as well,â Logan replied, gently closing his notebook and placing it on the pile with the others, âBut itâs getting rather early, and my co-worker and should probably start heading back to our separate homes soon.â
âAw,â Roman wined, slowly sinking back into the water, âThis is unfair!â
Remus eyed Logan, a look in his gaze that Logan couldnât read, âHow about we come with you?â he offered.
Logan blinked several times, âCome⊠Come with me?â he slowly asked.
âYes!â Roman declared, popping back up to the surface, accidentally flicking water in Loganâs face, âWe could come with you and tell you more about our history!â
âWellâŠâ Logan quietly thought over the proposal. It would be very useful to keep the two in an aquarium, but surely theyâd get bored, plus heâd have to take up the decision with Thomas.
âLo? Who you talking to?â
Speak of the devil.
Thomas cracked a loud yawn as he walked onto the deck, covering his mouth with his fist, âYour mom call you, orâŠâ he trailed off as his tired eyes finally adjusted to his surroundings. He blinked, staring at the two sirens with a stunned silence, âI⊠I think Iâm gonna go back to bedâŠâ he slowly began after a moment of silence, turning to make his way back to his room.
âHold on just a minute, Sanders!â Logan quickly stood up from his chair, causing it to clatter to the floor. He grabbed Thomasâ shoulder and quickly spun him around, a wide smile on his face, âThomas, they,â he gestured to Remus and Roman, âAre the sirens weâve been looking for,â he explained, placing a hand on Thomasâ back and guiding him over to the two brothers, âTheir names are Remus and Roman, both are, apparently, a rare type of siren.â
âUh, nice⊠nice to meet youâŠâ Thomas slowly replied, offering a light wave, âIâm ThomasâŠâ
âHey,â Remus and Roman replied in unison, returning the wave.
ââââ
One explanation later, Thomas and Logan found themselves returning home with two sirens in tow.
Thomas and Roman were discussing various topics on one side of the boat, while Logan silently read his book with Remus sitting on top of the railing beside him.
âWhat are you reading?â Remus asked, staring at Logan as he read from a book that didnât seem to have a title to it.
âGrimm Fairy Tales,â Logan replied, glancing up at the siren. He still found it rather fascinating that Remus and Roman were both rareâRemus was half octopus, while Roman was half great white. The two had been separated from their families and found each other only a year later. With no way of reconnecting with their family, they decided to make their own. It was a very warm hearted story, to say the least.
âWhatâs it about?â Remus inquired, adjusting his sitting position to peer of Loganâs shoulder, âAnd how come it doesnât have a title?â
âItâs a collection of very dark fairy tales,â the scientist explained, âAnd it does have a title, some books just donât have one on the front cover,â he gently tapped the cover of the book with his pointer finger, âWould you like me to read you some?â
Remus thought over the question, offering a small shrug, âSure, itâd be interesting to see what strange stories you humans can come up with,â he couldnât help but smileâexpression unreadable, âAnd I like hearing you talk, so this is a win-win situation,â he chirped.
âRight,â Logan nervously cleared his throat at Remusâ sudden compliment, âUh, well, could I ask you a quick question?â
Remus gave a small hum in reply.
âWhy did you agree to come with us? You could have easily killed both me and Thomas, and lived the rest of your life without ever knowing us, or the people that will be waiting for you back at our work place.â
âWell, for one, Roman and I havenât killed anyone in over three centuries,â Remus replied, a small smile gracing his face, âBecause back then, humans went a bit crazy.â
Logan nodded in agreement, looking back on all the history he had learned.
âAnd for two,â the siren shifted his head so he was next to Loganâs ear, âJust between you and me, youâre a pretty nice guy.â
âOhâŠâ Logan muttered, blinking several times as the information registered in his head, âOh!â he exclaimed, the realization hitting him. This was what flirting was!
A light laugh left Remus as Loganâs face went a shade of pink, âSo, yeah, I wouldnât mind being stuck in an aquarium if it meant I got to see you every day,â he chirped, offering a soft grin.
âUh, IâŠâ Logan rubbed the back of his neck, a nervous smile on his face, âThank youâŠâ he quietly replied.
âNo need to thank me!â the siren chimed, gesturing to the book in Loganâs hand, âNow, go ahead and read me some of those fairy tales!â
Logan flicked his gaze back to the book, almost like heâd forgotten about it, âAh, right!â he scanned over the page he had previously been looking at, reading over the words out loud.
Thomas and Roman watched the interaction from a distance, both exchanging a glance, âWell, looks like weâre a whole third wheel, huh?â Thomas offered a grin to Roman.
âEh? What do you mean?â Roman questioned, tilting his head slightly.
âAh, forget it,â Thomas waved a hand to dismiss the topic, âItâs not importation.â

Here you are!
Iâm a big sucker for Platonic Roceit, but it can also be up to interpretation! So, if you want, you can read it as Romantic!
Also, Deceitâs name is Damian, cause I thought it was fitting.

Logan couldnât help but sigh as he gently slid a book back into its proper place on the shelf.
âWhy so glum, young majesty?â Patton asked from his seat at one of the library tables, pausing his writing to swiftly dab more ink onto the quill, âIs it the royal ball?â he inquired, continuing on with his notes.
The young prince replied with a small hum, gaze remaining on the various books littering the shelf, âI thought I told you to address me by my name?â
âWell, you did, but the Kingââ
Can you explain the sudden popularity of the Intrulogical ship? I have no idea why it's so popular! (Genuinely curious, no anti-shipping here)
Well, personally, I think the sudden popularity of the ship has to do with the way Remus interacted with Logan upon his first meeting, similarly to how Roceit had a boost in content after the Selfishness v Selflessness video!
Hereâs some of the more obvious Intrulogical interactions, that may of caused people to start shipping them.

âLogan, I know you hate me-â Remus walked into the logical sides room and was meet with a shocking surprise, forcing him to cut his sentence off.
âWhat?â Logan asked turning around in his spinning chair to look at Remus
âWHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU EATING?â Remus exclaimed surprised to see the logical side like this. Â
âA book,â Logan simply answered and turned back around to look at his computer
âHoly shit, thatâs hot,â Remus whispered

Firstly, where are all the gosh darn notes on this, cause this is really good!
Secondly, I love everything about this. From the music mixing really well with the audio, to the why the video appears so soft when itâs in color.
Just, everything about this is great!
Not sure if anyone mentioned this yet,
But when Thomas says âThank you,â to Logan, the camera quickly cuts to Roman, who is smiling at him.
Then Thomas calls Logan cool.
Is that a sign that Roman was speaking through Thomas, or am I just thinking to deep into it?
Okok but hear me out
Intrulogical and roceit + unsympathetic Patton
This hurts my heart, but I could definitely see it.
Patton isnât exactly the most supportive of the dark sides (save for Virgil, which, I canât be the only fander frustrated at Patton for that, right? Itâs just unfair to the others.). So, heâd definitely disprove of if Remus and Deceit started spending more time with Logan and Roman, even if it was just on friendly terms.
