There’s something about this boy, something she couldn’t quite place, that deemed  him familiar to her. Or could it just have been their blatant similarities?

“But—wow, ours are really identical.”

"That's cool! I think it might actually be from the same series."

The teen couldn't help but get a little excited over the idea of someone into the same brand of headphones. Lifting them over his head to compare the other's, he wondered why the girl seemed so familiar.

"So what's your name? Mine is Minako Arisato, yea I know it's girly."

The male teen looked at the stranger, something about her seemed familiar. Even though he was sure he had never seen her around the school or anywhere else for that matter.

“… U-uh, there’s a second-year section of the school?” She deadpanned, unable to hold in the embarrassed blush that filled her cheeks. 

“Um… I didn’t really know that, s-sorry… Uh, but, anyway… I was told that I needed to meet members of the team? Because, um, I’m also new to SEES…” She blinked, further approaching the auburnette. “S-so, yeah…. Um, hi.”

"Ahaha, don't worry about it. There aren't any rules about where you can and can't go. It's just usually you have second-years around here because of the classrooms being around here."

Chuckling to himself, he found his kouhai amusing to say the least. Maybe I little uptight on the tiny slip ups, but nothing bad. Hearing her talk about S.E.E.S, he remembered hearing something about a new member from Mitsuru. Realizing that it was possibly the person in front of him, he held out his hand.

"SEES? In that case, I'm Minako Arisato I'm also part of SEES."

Yura shrugged.

“I dunno, just don’t be surprised if you happen to see a girl who looks like you one of these days.”

To Minako, being told to keep an eye out for a girl that looks like him to one day appear sounded really strange. But he nodded once, though he wasn't sure how to really feel about it.

"Alright, I'll do that."

Headcanon: Random notes

He knows that his name is quite feminine and use to hate it when he was growing up, but after losing both his parents he now treasures the name since it was given by his mother.

He use to do dance and drama in the previous school he went to before transferring to Gekkoukan High. Though there were neither of the clubs available so he continued doing dance in his own time.

He uses a naginata as his weapon of choice.

Can come off as a bit of an airhead, but in reality he has pretty good scores in his studies. Not the best, but still pretty high (75+ in exams).

..There was something familiar about the male but he couldn’t exactly place what. After thinking about it to himself, he silently shrugged it off and walked in.

It appeared that the other person wasn't upset or anything which was something that the auburn-haired male could sigh in relief about. Walking inside just after the stranger, he made his way to the magazine section and started flicking through one of the weekly manga releases.

“It’s your eyes and your hair, they remind me of someone I know, that’s all.”

Without thinking he touched his hair and thought for a moment, he wasn't aware of having any relatives so being told that he reminded someone of someone else made him wonder.

“H-huh? Oh, hey…” The brunette cautiously approached the auburn-haired boy, wondering what he had to do with her. “Um… I’m a first-year, so I’m in one of the lower classes… I’m in 1-B…”

"A first-year, that explains why I've never seen you around. So... what brings you up here in the second-year's section of the school? Need help with anything?"

Not really able to contain his curiosity, Minako was looking for something to do and he was waiting for the next person to walk by to see if they'd have something interesting to talk about.
