Identity Crisis

“Aaaah actually we have phones here.” Peter grinned stuffing his hands in his pockets as he stood near Matt. “Granted they don’t go much farther than Haven itself. We have walkie-talkies and radios for further distances. I may have adjusted them to get an even better range.” Which is what originally caught Tony’s attention to him. To Peter Parker, science nerd, and not Spider-Man.
“I was a bit out of communication for the beginning of things anyways. Been here since last summer. So I’ll give you a pass for now.” The beginning of the zombie outbreak would charitably called rough for him. A bit rougher than most who survived. Not that he planned on expanding on that now. Enough that he had another friend back.
‘You need any help getting settled in?” It could be a bit overwhelming for anyone that just arrived. While Matt could find his way around no problem, he wouldn’t be able to read any signs. Which yeah he needed to set up a braille printer and make signs. It didn’t hurt to have them.
“Of course Peter Parker of all people would be able to make technology work in the apocalypse. Glad to see some things don’t change.” Matt chuckled, he had to admit it was impressive that they could get anything to work at all around here, even if it was a camp that contained the greatest minds the old world had to offer.
“You’re lucky you were a scientist before our civilization collapsed. Those skills are slightly more useful these days than my law degree. Matt Murdock here can’t really argue zombies away, now can he?” He said, speaking in the third person in an attempt to make a slight joke about his secret identity, though terrible it was.
“As for your offer to help.... I can probably figure it out, I don’t really have any belongings with me to settle in anyway. However if you can direct me to wherever I’m supposed to be sleeping tonight that would be fantastic.”
