You can choose peace and let go of the past without letting the same people back into your life. Protecting your peace is not holding a grudge.

The hardest part is not losing you love but if that someone will someday be a memory.

Every experience, even the ones we regret, serves a purpose in our journey. Trust the process and appreciate how much you’ve grown.

My own composition

When interacting with someone who is stressed or emotionally overwhelmed, or depressed and anxious with panic attack, keep in mind that their brain is in survival mode, heavily compromising their logic and memory.

Let's all choose kindness over scrutiny and judgment. Sometimes the simplest way to support and uplift one another is through praying for the betterment and goodness of every person.

Spread love and kindness.

Protect your peace and guard your heart. Feelings can be fleeting, so anchor your worth in something more constant than someone else's mood.
