Ingredients: 2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup milk. 1 egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Oil spray for air fryer. Powdered sugar for dusting.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the diced apples into the batter. Preheat your air fryer to 360F 180C. Spoon portions of the batter into the air fryer basket, leaving space between each fritter. Lightly spray the fritters with oil to help them crisp up. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove the apple fritters from the air fryer and let them cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy your delicious Air-Fryer Apple Fritters!
