Buy mugs, buy a tea maker, buy a massive stock of teas so you can have an endless variety. Maybe learn how to make it, open up a tea business. Let that small happiness, whatever it is, become your passion. Itās what will keep you alive.

How to make Homemade Sweet Potato chips!!
So i'm obsessed in chips but really have to limit how much I can eat them as everyone knows they're not very good for you!Ā
Well now I have discovered Sweet potato chips I don't need to worry about those extra calories and can have them as much as I want! The best thing about them, is they are sooooo easy to make!Ā
Fact about sweet potato
One baked sweet potato contains over twice the amount of vitamins you need for the day.Ā They are a great source of minerals such as manganese, folate, copper, Iron & areĀ ranked number one in nutrition out of all vegetables by the Center for Science in the Public Interest because they are such a rich source of dietary fiber, natural sugars, complex carbohydrates, protein, carotenoids, vitamin C, iron and calcium.
Here is my step by step guide to making them! I literally just had them for dinner so I can't recommend them enough!
Step 1 - Peel your sweet potatoes, 3 should be enough for two people!
Step 2 - Chop them up, It can be quite difficult as they are hard so be careful with your knife (This is my attempt of a chip shape!)
Step 3 - Toss the uncooked fries into a mixing bowl or a plastic bag, or just onto your baking sheet. Pour a few tablespoons of olive oil, enough to lightly coat the fries. Season with salt, pepper, Iād try to use half a teaspoon per potato or so. Mix/shake to distribute evenly & put them in the oven for 30 minutesĀ
Bake for 15 minutes, then flip the fries so they can cook on all sides. I find the easiest way to flip them is with a metal spatula, Once flippedĀ Bake for 10 to 15 more minutes, or until the fries are crispy. Youāll know theyāre done when the surface of the fries change from shiny orange to a more matte, puffed up texture. It's essential to bake them long enough, otherwise they won't be crispy. Don't worry if the edges are a little bit brown; they will taste more caramelized than burnt.
Here is the result! Yummy gorgeous healthy sweet potato fries!!!!Ā
