I hope if I die early my family looks through my blog. I know it's weird but I want them to know who I really am/was before I died.
However if I don't die early, I really need to stop about dying early.

Just me crying in the bathroom so I don't wake my partners with this, fuck.
So to sum up: CT and DC have passed laws making it illegal to extradite someone to another state if they are being charged in that other state for crimes pertaining to abortion or trans health care, and makes it legal to sue and get your money back if you are targeted by a TX-style "bounty" law. DC also includes "crimes" of consensual adult sex, gay and interracial marriage and cohabitation and providing or using contraception.
This is, as the thread explains, basically legal interstate warfare. CT and DC's laws bar compliance with such laws.
This is, on one hand, kind of terrifying, because this is where we are now. It's going to get worse long before it gets better.
On the other hand... holy shit, someone fucking did something.
Someone fucking did something real.
This may not be AS good, but Washington just got an exec order that state police WILL NOT cooperate with an investigation by another state as to whether someone came here for an abortion

Had a revelation recently and thought it might help other people too.
There is absolutely NO shame in having a ton of projects on the go and switching between or even dropping them on a whim.
Hobbies are meant to be FUN.
You can have 20 writing projects, or knitting, or whatever your thing is, and putting them down for a bit or abandoning them is a-okay.
I personally would never think that someone who started playing a video game and then decided to play another before it was finished was a quitter, so why am I so judgemental towards myself?
Doing your hobbies in a way that brings you joy isn't selfish or weak, it's...literally the whole point of them. Go nuts!

But never Daddy Baby.
Thanks for reading I don’t take constructive criticism.
Damn guess we all had cat-aliens as kids holy shit
When I was teaching preschool a few months ago, one of my kids showed up every day as a different creature that he would describe to us in meticulous detail. One of the most common Creatures he came to school as was a "dori," which we drew together here on a whiteboard:
Some facts about dories:
look like tailless white bipedal cats
not cats
not animals
not people
not born OR hatched from eggs
do not have souls
cannot be mind controlled
come in two varieties: aggressive and non-aggressive
eat meat
I really think creating a Creatureᵀᴹ to pretend to be is a universal Weird Kid experience.
This cowboy is utterly confused, shocked and paralyzed at the same time, what in tarnation is this and how didn't he know about it
While Dutch plans on capitalizing on your freakish nature everyone else is processing just what you are, some treating you different some not, Morgan is having a tough time communicating with you again in a non awkward way
He wasn't particularly great at talking to women in the first place you knew this but now every time he brings it up it's as if hes talking about it for the first time, not knowing if he's saying the right things and asking if he should correct himself when he assumes you have other bird like features. No he isn't going to just give up on the love of his life just because of a few unexpected turns, but it will take him awhile to figure out how to adjust to these new features of yours
