Hi! I’m Mishka [he/it], I'm 19yo and I’m a polytherian/otherkin which is what this blog is mainly about but maybe some other stuff too sometimes.

Silly thing but I often feel self conscious that I think my dragon body is the size of a big house/building. Like through human eyes that feels impossibly massive to have a species of creatures so big just stomping around the globe even without all the human development that exists on the earth today being around. But then again... dinosaurs were once walking here and they were pretty massive and they fit fine.
I don't even think I'm from earth so who knows how huge the planet I'm supposed to inhabit is.
if i see one more post about "im woke but (XYZ semi-niche identity or form of self expression) is too far for me" I'm gonna rip out my hair. like. WHY DO YOU CARE??? WHO THE FUCK CARES??? why do you feel the need to talk about stuff you don't like all the time?? why do you waste energy on spreading hate?? why not talk about things you actually like???
or on the same lines with posts that have a list of identities and forms of expression they do support and all the comments are like "this. except for (xyz)" and they just don't moderate the comments or defend anything in the comments. like, you're really putting views and interactions on your post over the opinions you want to defend? or when a comment is explaining why they don't support something in the post and OP likes the comment or replies some shit like "yea, valid point, i get that❤"
I often wonder where the creatures from my first alterhuman spaces and packs are and how they're doing. I wish I had a way to know but I've purges most things from those times and my memory is not good enough to remember anyones names. I met so many lovely creatures who unfortunately didn't stay in my life forever. I wish I had any lead on anyone but I've only ever once accidentally stumbled onto a person from that era but they left soon after I had found them again. But I am glad they were still doing ok, still being them. There was a lot of terrible things happening back then but so much good too.
I often think I want to be in a pack again but I really just want those creatures back.
thank you umamusume for making it so much more easier to get horse gear🙏 I was struggling for years trying to find horse ears and tails for sale or commission but nearly no one was making them (other than the occasional mlp items and fetish gear companies) but now so many ear makers have started making horse ones too. tails are still a little harder to come by but there definitely is more on the market now. have y'all seen the moving ones by the tail company? chef's kiss.

i have a pair! the blazer hiking shoe in black and white to be exact. They have been great for casual wear for about a year now i think. not for daily wear for me personally since the model i have isn't the best for year around use in my areas climate. I'm thinking of getting a second pair at some point of a different model and color.
Also! Not sure if anyone has said this already but they are a fair bit cheaper on their official aliexpress storefront where i got them from :)

i have such a weirdly specific thing stuck bothering me.
when i try to be open about my identity as a dog to someone who kinda gets stuff like that, most of the time they immediate resort to calling me a good puppy or silly puppy or dumb little puppyboyuwuwuwuwu and i hate it. especially if it's someone I'm like being flirty with. i am not a child. i don't find it cute or funny or endearing. i am not into that. i am a grown ass dog. i don't like immediately being talked down to or being assumed to be submissive. i don't understand why it's so "normalized" around canine aligned individuals. this probably also resonates with feline folk too.
i am literally twitching typing this because of how angry and uncomfortable it makes me to think about it. i hate that this has happened enough times to me that it's stressing me out about telling people about my identity.
little something I thought some creatures might like to see. I saw these bowls when visiting Ikea that look and feel a lot like pet feed bowls. they are microwave and dishwasher safe which not all pet bowls are so I think it's a pretty good alternative if you like the look but also want normal dishware convenience or for whatever other reason lol.
These are from the Ombonad collection from IKEA. The website says they're getting removed soon(at least on my regions site) so if you want them you might wanna go get them now (or check second hand websites, I saw at least a few sites with listings while looking for these pictures.)
A frustrated dog.
I hate it. I hate not knowing exactly what I am. Cause I know so deeply that I am a dog. But what dog? Almos ten years and I feel like I'm more lost than they day I realized. I feel I've gotten so close just to realize it doesn't feel right. I still think what I am considering myself right now is pretty correct but I'm having that feeling of something missing. Like there's more to this one or even a whole other dog. I'm sure it's not all dogs, but what dog is it? Is it one? Is it two? Even more? Is it a mix breed? I feel like I never get the satisfaction of knowing.
I know I shouldn't worry. I know it's complicated and personal and takes time to know everything. If you even can ever know everything. But I hate not knowing. Cause being a dog is most of the time the corest feeling in my body. It feels unfair. It's such a strong feeling so why can't I understand it?

the current debate is that one side thinks it’s gross and sexual while the other thinks that it’s a good idea that people could have species dysphoria about their .parts.
important information is that these specific packers that the creator was making had knot and tip options and also just a sheath option.

I personally don't see the issue. Packers aren't inherently sexual but an extension of yourself. If wearing tails and ears to relieve species dysphoria is valid, why isn't this?
I think the only reason anyone is giving a fuck is just cause it was advertised on the platform with the most easy to rile users. But I don't know the creator or even seen their product, only hearing the discourse. Also, I've only seen furry tt react to it and like... it's not for you? why do you care??
Cause I swear animal and fantasy packers have been a thing even outside directly nonhuman spaces. I very vividly remember some time[maybe a few years, my sense of time is awful] back I saw a review for a canine packer that was full silicone, probably here on tumblr but could have been elsewhere. I've also more recently seen quite a few small businesses make fantasy type packers and even a few horse type packers[could not find any while doing a quick scroll just now since I don't actually follow any of the shops and of course forgot to write them down anywhere, RIP], and those posts and videos had hella views and like zero backlash or disgust in the comments.
I dunno. I just think the video got into the wrong hands and most people aren't understanding what a packer is or what it's for.
