HEALTHY LIVING
Most of people don’t know the meaning of being healthy. Being healthy is different from being thin or being big. It is not about on the body structure of a person. According to World Health Organization (WHO), healthy are a state of complete physical, mental, social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. We also think that it is impossible to be healthy because we must follow some self management like eating a healthy diet, getting enough exercise and most especially, resisting temptation. However, there are tips to make a person have his or her healthy living. First of all, breathe deeply. Breathing is an important stress management tool because it is always free for everyone, anywhere and anytime in the world. Secondly, give and get a hug. It is somewhat weird, however it is one of effective tips that you could get. In fact, according to the research, hugging will make you calm and live longer. Stop also the cruel talk. According to Lyon, I think this whole thing about being cruel to oneself, judgmental, attacking one’s self is really endemic in our culture and is really a problem. And it is not indicative of how much money you have, the house you own or your job. You have to take care also of your physical health. It is the need of your body. You have to exercise at least 90 minutes a day. Another tip is, love yourself and then love your neighbor. You have to give yourself a break. It can be away from stress and other anxieties. Then, create your own family of choice. You cannot control the family you've been given but you can create your own. Lyon said that she has many clients who come from a difficult childhood where family members were abusive, physically dangerous and emotionally harmful. Last but not the least is to sleep and to have healthy eating priorities. It is very important for all of us because it can really help us diet in its very own ways. These are simple but an effective way to have a healthy living. You just have to practice it to have a better healthy living.
