I have met many people on my travels and found some great people. Today, I decided to interview Brandon who has a product design agency. He recently started traveling 9 months ago while I have been full-time 6 years. So this perspective of traveling made out to be a good conversation. Plus I also like his background view of Medellin, Colombia. This is just an experiment and I will see how I go about this more in the future. I want to meet interesting people all the time who travels while having their own business.

Everyone always tells me to be safe, why are you traveling there, its a high crime rate. Especially the ones that don't even travel. It is important to be aware but to be fearful is just a way for you to get into trouble. Friends that are traveling enjoy your travel and explore cultures.

Throughout my online career, I have made changes in the industry and they have turned into burdens or a buy-out happened. Being part of so many digital nomad groups, especially general travelers groups. I find admins trying to utilize their community for profit. Nothing wrong with that. I find the biggest issues when these so called 'teachers' beg for cash. The rise of nomadic life has sprung a bunch of new useless guru coaches in the digital nomad space. Teach you how to be free and all they do is open up an LLC without telling if a CORP or LLC is better. Another level of BS gurus with no experience taking advantage of a trend they know nothing about. Here in this video, I talk about several posts I have seen where 'wantrepreneurs' ask their community to help them via their GoFundMe page. I laugh because these are the same guys that sell 'LEAVE YOUR 9-5' job courses. I find it hysterical. Over the many years of traveling, I have always been wanting to meet many people in the affiliate space or the entrepreneurship space. I tend to host meetups and try to find a common ground between entrepreneurs to have an open discussion. What I found is there are huge differences in skills. Currently in Colombia, I found many ex-pat entrepreneurs are starting out. While in Asia, they are already established and are more there to enjoy the lifestyle. It is interesting to see this difference. Yes, there are categories in every country, but there are definitely more motivated starters in Medellin, Colombia than any country I have been to. I got to chat with Henry about affiliate relationships. I have talked about this before with my other affiliate managers but we went more in-depth about it. How do affiliates get approved, who gets what kinda aff managers, how to treat them, educated affiliate managers vs non. etc. This was a great talk, which I can continue to talk about. I personally have had success because of my affiliate managers. From them making sure payments are made to making sure I got the information I need to choose the right traffic source for the offer. Anstrex updated their backend a bit with a technology section. It is another filter for platforms. You can now spy base on the platform the ads are on, the meaning is it on WordPress or Shopify. Anstrex spy tool is always being updated and this is why I think they are the better spy tool. Always providing useful data to its users. Long time friend and superb expert in the digital ad buying space, Jim Banks. Addicted to the internet way before I got on, Jim Banks has a great knowledge of how a traffic ecosystem should work. I believe you should try to use al venues of advertising possible as it helps with the conversions and as Jim would say it 'the conversation'. This is true, you want to make sure the end-user remembers you in some way. They either watched your video halfway and tried to research you but if you do not show up when they do then it is a potential loss. Ever since I started Print on Demand, I joined several Facebook groups and company POD groups as well. All I saw is blaming one another than a resolution. I solved my issues because right now, the supply chain is backed up and companies are making sure consumers are getting their products by not allowing new products. But with all the guru shit out there, all these 'business' owners now do not know what to do like talking to an overseas call center agent that went off-script. Print on Demand is actually the easiest problem to solve, there are so many other smaller shops that can do your prints for you. All you have to do is pick up a phone.
