Imagine if dragons were the isat world's equivalent of dinosaurs/giant bugs.

Like there were dragons millions of years alone, but one day for some reason the amount of passive craft energy dropped, and the dragons that relied on massive amounts of craft to fly couldn't adapt and went extinct. While smaller species of Wiverns lived and became bird/bird-like.
