HIP Festival

I think I’m late to post this news that happened in last October. I had a tremendous time in Hull as a Photowalk leader.

I was so excited that I I enjoy spending 8 hours Journey from where live to Hull.

Flash on!

I’m craving for a new technique in Street Photography,  after searching for some tips and tricks online, I decided to try using a flash.

I’m not familiar with using a flash and my intention was to use the EF X20, but for some reason it took too long to switch on and I didn’t have the the patience as it was getting chilly outside, I decided to use a built in flash.

I remember when I started Street photography, I used a zoom lens 18-200mm and a kit lens. Yes the zoom lens was heavy to carry around. The good thing in using a zoom lens in learning Street photography,  I was able to visualise seeing something  unusual, I was a learner then (I still am now).  Here is my favourite image taken with a 18-200mm:

It wasn’t my plan until a friend sent me a message inviting me for a hot pot lunch in Glasgow. I said why not, I haven’t seen them for quite a while, and I miss Glasgow for it’s crowds. I need a change from Edinburgh.

This is our second time we have visited Madrid, but this time I’ve done so many things during our 4 days visit. After nearly 2 years using Fuji X100T I finally feel confident using this camera for the whole Madrid visit.
