Really seriously my best advice if cooking / having consistent, real meals is hard, then just get a bunch of instant food and some seasonings and spices and whatnot... Like I mean ideally we're all eating full balanced meals all day but some instant noodles or instant potatoes with whatever-you-have-laying-around is a pretty good alternative to "not eating anything at all".
