Healthy? I Can Do It.

I'm tired of telling myself I'll start losing weight soon. NOT soon. NOW. I'm unhappy with my body and I'm going to do something about it. I will not starve myself, I will not lose weight in an unhealthy way. I will not get down on myself when I eat unhealthy (oh come on, it's going to happen at least once). I will respect myself and my body. At the end of this, I'll have the body I want, and it'll feel that much better because I did it the healthy way. I want to get fit, and I want to feel great.
