Here’s some thoughts about the lost boys (yes, the vampires, I know)-

There’s something about the fact that they all obviously either left their families and had nobody for a time but then they all formed a family together and they care for each other. The fact that Max wanted to form a fake stereotypical family but he couldn’t see the fact that the boys had already created one all on their own. Then you just add the fact they’re all super queercoded (I mean, come on those boys are Not straight) and then it really makes me think about how often queer people need to make their own family structures and how atypical those found families tend to be. Idk if this makes any sense, but I just had so many opinions on this
