SO I GOT A DOG, and I want to name her after a badass lady of history, and/or a badass lady of a beloved fictional world.

I was going for Nyota but my parents (who are fostering her for a few months until I move home) are complaining that it’s too hard to pronounce and has too many syllables.

I also like Rosa (for Rosa Parks and Rosa Diaz from B99 lol) or Sally (for Sally Ride). Also on my Yiddish side, Kadya (for a famous Yiddish poet, Kadya Molodovsky).
