I was informed last night during d&d that today is the last day for mermay. I have been in a dead zone for art this month, so I managed to doodle something last minute.

It's crunch time on getting characters ready for a Descent into Avernus game. I already had some of Izzy's story ready, but hadn't gotten around to deciding on her pet... Meet Sir Reginald the Third, Esquire (because he thinks esq is cool), the honey badger 🦡

I simply lacked the energy for anything social media while dealing with a particularly bad round of chronic fatigue flaring up after a round of what was probably covid... again.

When bad luck rains, it's like a monsoon for me. I had messed up my shoulder a month-ish ago and was taking it easy... and then some moron in a box truck nearly totaled my car a week and a half into my healing. Husband was driving, avoided the moron making an illegal right from 2 left lanes across traffic, but I slammed the already messed up shoulder into the door of the car. So, I've been having a hard time sitting and taking the time needed to render full art pieces. Comic is in delay, but not canceled...
