Yanqing preferred to not think too hard about such things. So what nobody aside from Jing Yuan believed in Yanqing at first? So what some people on the Luofu did not fully have faith in Yanqing and still viewed him as that poor orphan kid with no parents? People can think what they want! Yanqing just had to focus on becoming stronger and proving just how capable he was.

The Xianzhou Luofu was Yanqing's home. There was nowhere else and thus it befall on the Lieutenant to protect his home.

" Hmm.. Well, honestly.. I don't trust you to walk ahead either." the blonde boy started as he looked over and up at Dan Heng before giving a shoulder shrug, " How about this? You just walk right beside me. Is that so hard?" he gave a cocky smile as he soon grabbed hold of the older man's sleeve and started to drag him along to Central Starkiff Haven.

"Alright... that sounds fair." Dan Heng saw no point in objecting as Yanqing was Jing Yuan's retainer, and therefore, his word and decisions were as good as the General's. He followed Yanqing to the starskiff quay that would take them to the delve where Central Starskiff Haven was located, a trip that wouldn't take very long at all. As they boarded, the ferryman greeted Yanqing enthusiastically while Dan Heng went largely unremarked.

The journey was peaceful, if nothing else, and for that Dan Heng felt grateful. His human form was utterly unrecognizable as news of the Nameless' involvement hadn't gotten out yet.

The starskiff eased into a small quay and the pair disembarked, the bustling crowds attesting to the vastness of the area. Dan Heng had yet to explore the area and part of him was glad he had a guide. Under supervision though he was, so much of him was curious to see the place that had once been his home.

"Where do you want to go first?"

It took a lot of willpower to not just rush right on ahead. Yanqing had to make sure he was right next to Dan Heng at all times even while being given an enthusiastic greeting from the ferryman. This greeting caused the swordsman to beam and give as equally of an enthusiastic greeting in response with a bright smile despite being on active duty right now, escorting a fugitive. Without anyone knowing who Dan Heng was, it didn’t really feel as though he was on active duty at all. It was like Yanqing was off the clock and just taking a scroll through the flagship and taking a joyride on a starkiff. It was a really nice day out now!

Yanqing looked around and took everything in with a smile. This was his home! There was no better feel- oh, right.. Dang Heng is still right by his side. He cleared throat and turned to face the older man before crossing arms, going back into serious mode as he thought about the question asked to him.

“ Hmm.. well, I am tempted to go to the Artisanship Commission to check out the swords but then again.. I am trying to cut back on spending money on another new sword." He started to answer Dan Heng's question when suddenly he felt his stomach start to growl and realized he hadn't eaten anything in a while.

" oh.. uh.." Yanqing cleared his throat, trying to remain composed and in control of this situation no matter how embarrassed he felt for his belly betraying his need for food, " Or maybe some sightseeing out in Aurum Alley would do you some good, criminal scum!"
