Tears were not at all an uncommon occurrence to the deceiver.
— tears of laughter, that is. Aided only by the smallest provocation could he completely lose any sense of maturity, now being one such example. Having witnessed an innocent stranger collide directly with a streetlight in front of them, he very nearly burst out into laughter all too inappropriate for the time of night currently blanketing Tancho.
“H-hey, you al—" Snickers slipping out between each breath, no genuine concern could really be conveyed correctly. "—pppffft!”
Offering a hand to the other currently in some pain from smacking against cold metal, it was pure coincidence that he’d retract it right when it was going to be taken— most likely resulting in the stranger to lose balance comically.
“Th-that wasn’t on purpose!” Doubling over in laughter, one hand maintained his weight against the streetlight as the other returned outstretched to offer assistance a second time. “I’m really a gentleman, I swear!”
Rising from the pavement with all the kinaesthetic grace of a newborn elephant, it took Sebastian four or five tries at swatting the air in the hopes of grabbing hold of some means of support before he managed to pull himself up with his right hand by the post of the streetlight, using the other to shield his pained face from any further damage (and, with less success, hiding his tears from the harsh impact). Steadying himself took a while, perhaps to fully register the, er, unfortunate chain of events that had just caught him off guard. Only a few seconds passed before he found himself reacting on behalf of his new bloody nose.
"Ugh... rng... AUGH! L-Look, if you're just trying to make fun of me, go somewhere else!" he wailed, rubbing his hands to the sides of his head, face, and back in different intervals as if he couldn't decide which area hurt worse. "I've already fallen and gotten hurt four times today, I don't need some stranger adding exult to injury!"
