Get more confident
Becoming more confident is a long journey full of hard work. Iāve always had very low confidence but in the last few years I managed to become more confident than I ever imagined Iād be. Here are the things that helped me with my confidence the most:
Wake up with music that makes you feel good -Create a playlist of songs that make you feel alive and powerful and then listen to it every morning. If you arenāt waking up to Everybody loves me by OneRepublic⦠What are you even doing?
Stop being mean to yourself -So many of us call ourselves a disappointment on daily basis without realising it. I want you to imagine you are talking to a friend, not yourself. You wouldnāt call your friend useless every time they mess up, would ya?
Wear clothes you are comfortable in -Iām not necessarily talking physical comfort. You should feel beautiful in your clothes. It can be wearing sweatpants or croptops, itās your choice!
Declutter your space -Throw away things that make you feel bad. All the clothes you donāt like wearing, all the clutter that makes you feel like crap at home. Even throwing away the shampoo that doesnāt smell nice to you is helpful.
Work out -Again itās not as much about looking good but feeling good. You want to feel strong or fast or whatever your goal may be.
Appreciate small victories -A great journaling prompt is just to sit down every single evening and write down at least 3 small or big victories of the day.
Try new things -Get out of your comfort zone and try the things youāve always wanted to do. For me personally it was talking to more poeple. I found more friends and realised I can make people laugh and that was a great confidence boost.
Walk with your head high -This is a sort of āfake itĀ ātil you make itā type of thing. Donāt look down when you walk and keep your back straight. Walk like an assassin on a mission.
Find what youāre good at -Get to know your talents.
Donāt rely on compliments from others -Learn to appreciate and compliment yourself.
Find what kind of vibes you want to have and work on thatĀ -Do you want to be a ray of sunshine? Smile more and wear bright colours. Become who you want to be.
Take care of your body -Force yourself to feel good in your skin.
Get familiar with your body -Stop avoiding mirrors. Find the things you love about it and accept things you donāt like. Be grateful for your body taking care of you the way it does.
As alwas I truly hope I helped at least some of you and have an amazing year full of self love!
Self care isnāt just about taking care of your outer appearance.
Self care is taking care of yourself internally as well. Besides the bubble baths, hair masks, and nail appointments itās also taking care of your mind, body and soul. No matter how beautiful and sexy we look, if weāre not okay mentally and emotionally then we cannot level up. How can you expect someone else to take care of you [financially] if youāre not willing to take care of yourself on a deeper level? Listen, how we treat ourselves greatly affects the types of people we attract into our lives. When we nourish and care for ourselves, we attract the type of people that will do the same to us. Here are some ways to care for yourself internally:

1. Reiki massage
2. Acupuncture
3. Yoga
4. Exercise
5. Stretching
6. Visiting a chiropractor
7. Drinking water
8. Taking your daily supplements
9. Making routine doctor visits
Ways to take care of your mind
1. Therapy
2. Hypnotherapy
3. Reading books for education AND fun
4. Meditating
5. Journaling
6. Having a non-work related hobby that you enjoy
7. Getting 6-8 hours of sleep every night
Ways to take care of your spirit
1. Getting a chakra reading and healing
2. Praying / talking to your higher source
3. Attending church or a spiritual mastermind
4. Practice being present
5. Meditating with crystals
6. Masterbating (yes, ladies this is for you too and has major spritual benefits!)
7. Volunteering at a cause youāre passionate about
8. Talking to your self aloud (when no one is around of course lol)
How often or not often you do these practices are completely up to you. It should be based on your personal agenda and life goals. If you have any other recommendations, please let me know. Iām big on internal self care and would love your ideas. ā¤ļø
