6-year-old Souad has been anemic since birth, and starvation and disease due to the IOF assault have caused her severe additional health complications. In September she fell unconscious and was admitted to the hospital. She has since been comatose and fluid is building up around her brain.
Medical staff have worked very hard to reduce the swelling. But despite their efforts, Souad's brain is now hemorrhaging (bleeding). The swelling has been too persistent, and the pressure is rapidly bursting the cells of her brain, causing bleeding. This will kill her. Little Souad is dying.
She needs to be evacuated outside of Gaza, but this is extremely expensive. However, in addition to the high cost of the medical evacuation, her family is also forced to pay high medical fees to the private hospital which is caring for her. It is the only facility in Gaza with the capacity to slow the deterioration of her condition, and these bills must be paid for her to live long enough for evacuation. We are now raising funds to both support Suad’s immediate life-sustaining care, AND eventual medical evacuation.

The ill effects of this damage have progressed to the point that the organs are losing their ability to function. Khalil urgently needs 3 rounds of treatment to combat the effects of his deteriorating liver and kidneys.

Abdul sent me an estimate on the monthly necessities his group needs to fundraise. If we could have donations mostly cover this every month, it'd mean that my money could support him more through emergencies. April 5 is Palestinian Child Day. The Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics marked Palestinian Child Day this year by releasing statistics revealing the suffering of children in Gaza.
My friend Ahmed is one of many children suffering from the effects of malnutrition due to Israel's manufactured famine. His health has deteriorated from chronic food insecurity, exposure to the elements from living out of a damaged tent through the winter storms, and illness spreading through encampments. He now has severe anemia and the doctor has told him that he urgently needs a source of stable nutrition.

Maha’s 8-year-old daughter Joan, who we’ve explained has a history of gastric health problems, has fallen seriously ill with the viral gastroenteritis that is going around Gaza. She is severely dehydrated and needs to be on IV for fluids and to receive medicine.
Her treatment has accumulated €1000 EUR in costs, and the extension of her treatment for another week means Maha will owe an additional €1000 EUR. Maha’s husband is stranded in Egypt after accompanying his father for medical treatment. His expenses prevent him from being any help to his wife and children. You are their only hope.
We will start with the first €1000 EUR sum, the amount already owed to the hospital. We need to raise this URGENTLY, as the hospital will terminate Joan’s treatment if the outstanding balance is not paid soon.
Joan’s condition has taken a dramatic turn for the worse. She is now having debilitating stomach cramps and her fever is persistent.
