passed out before 10pm last night

i’ve been up since 4am

random bursts of hyperactive energy that has me singing and dancing at work (i find myself annoying)

i still have my anxiety/panic attacks. even if they are more manageable.

i want to cry all the time but seem to be incapable

i still don’t have much of an appetite

if i don’t eat, i feel like my stomach is going to murder me.

forget to take it a couple of days and my brain wants to attack itself and i am a bitter/angry/anxious mess

it likes to loop in whether it makes me tired or gives me more energy. so it’s a guessing game as to what time of day i need to take it. currently the winner is at night

my coworkers still don’t understand my problem and tell me to “just get over it” when i have a bad day or the depression hits me like a brick wall. though that isn’t sertraline’s fault.
