Just because you already ATE so much doesn't mean you can eat more. IT STILL COUNTS.
Helpful diet rules
-Having a small window of time to eat that you set yourself (2pm -6pm or 8pm) or whenever you need to concentrate the most is very helpful brush your teeth the moment your window is over
If counting calories is hard for you try this
-eat as little as possible for you or fast completly
-You want that cookie? Eat exactly one. if you can't only eat one eat a few more but leave out another meal or soda
-NO white bread!!! The less you eat it the less you crave it (at least for me)
-eat a cup soup to feel full and maybe some fruits
-drink your water. Leave out sugar for coffee and tea, rather take a bit of honey in your green tea. Tastes great.
Why you shouldn't binge
Because the time you waste to exercise to burn the calories you just consumed you could easily fast and get things done, like school work or cleaning.

Brain: we need to stay healthy, and balance eating and exercising :)

Insomnia: Hah what is sleep?
Anxiety: why are you such a fucking mess? You’re d i s g u s t i n g
