As a person of colour i feel like theres a very very obvious divide between one of my white friends and me and im not sure if its just me whos looking into it too much but i feel like they theres just something there that i cant point out because i look insane and i cant even explain what it is its justā¦ idk the energy feels different. And i thought it was just how i normally feel with anyone whos white but with one of my other white friends i dont feel that sense of division (theyre more educated when it comes to things like dat tho idk how to describe) i really cant explain what i mean it feels the same as when very obviously financially comfortable people dont acknowledge the different experiences of someone with less money than them it feels like ignorance that i just cant shake off whenever i hang out with them. it feels like they think theyre better than me but i cant describe it it just feels off but im trying to shake it off because this might just be me looking into it too much. I dont know why im posting this on an account i barely use i just need to say this somewhere or itll drive me crazy
My room is exactly like my mental health. Sure i can clean it and rearrange things but iāll know in my heart that it will never last and iāll have to clean it up again sometime soon
And then i get comfortable with the disarray of my room so i dont ever want to clean it because ive grown so used to the mess
