I've been working full time this year again, so pulling out my tablet in the evenings has been very difficult to do mentally after already being creative all day.

So I decided to cheat the system a little bit, and draw in VR instead.

This has been such a fun experiment to learn how to draw and enjoy the process again. There's no saving in VR, so once you log out the art is gone. There's no layers either, but quite a robust way to set up your brush three different ways. It felt like painting an actual canvas in real life, and definitely needs a different approach to painting unlike digital art has.

An art gifting game

one year i'll be able to get back into the groove of drawing more consistently and enjoying life. ...this year is not the year.. BUT! i am finally more tangibly getting my shit together and figured out, so maybe next year i can enjoy AF fully again ;3;;

between 2 jobs and studies, i won't be able to fight much this year at all

which makes me hella sad because this is my 4th year- i like to toggle focus on attacking vs revenging, and this is an attacking year :sob::: which i won't be able to accomplish x(

it had never occurred to me before, because its just just so ingrained in my mind that all of Dmitri's alternate forms are all eye-less because his true form is head-less-, a simple translation

but one a drive home, i got a flash of a vision of what IF he had eyes?? they would be too powerful to look at- like Medusa but it puts you in a trance state [deer in the headlights type shit] and he may gain temporary control of such a victim

anyway realistically, i was hoping i'd go for some crazier, wilder design but of course i landed on some really sluty looking eyes, who's surprised LOL

there's so much [Soul Eater] Justyn that i've drawn since last year, so much development, this version of him is not recognizable because of it

anyway, i was going through an intense panic/despressive episode that lasted like a month and this drawing was a firm "get the fuck over it" towards myself i was humored by the idea of square crossover shit for that, i hate how good this came out lmao

i need that treatment, some waterboarding to fix that bitch crying
