Fate/Zero Episode 1

Well let’s just say I was quite surprised with how much I enjoyed this episode. After watching Fate/Stay Night about a year ago, I was sorely disappointed and could not gather the motivation to watch Fate/Zero (even though everyone seems to rave about it).

Most of the characters have not really left an impact on me so far, but I’m sure they will grow and I will get to know them better as the series progresses. The plot is what really has me interested. Even though the overall idea is pretty clear (seven mages fighting for the Holy Grail), there seems to be a lot of other stuff going on. I don’t really remember much from Fate/Stay Night, so I feel like I’m a little out of it as I watch, but I’m trying to keep things together. 

And now for random miscellaneous things. 

Please explain to me why this awkward af scene existed. Tokiomi and the church dude were literally walking in a circle around Kirei for no apparent reason while having a conversation with him?? It was so awkward, it made me cringe.

And damn these people with their dead eyes. Like I get why Sakura’s eyes look lifeless (literally so sad. Why do disgusting human beings such as Papa Matou exist?), but why do Kirei and Kiritsugu look like they’re done with life?

As for the precious baby who must be protected, Kariya takes it. The fact that someone so lovely has to go through so much is devastating. I want everything for him but it sounds like he won’t live for more than a month. Why must this happen?

Yes, you did you precious baby, too pure for this world. Is that weird? He’s kind of older than me probably.

Diamond no Ace Season 2: Episode 32

Can people seriously stop hating on Furuya already? He’s really not that bad. He’s not letting his ace status go to his head AND HE IS DEFINITELY NOT SELFISH.

Just because he allowed one home run does not mean that he is incapable of pitching. He completely recovered afterwards. 

The only concern I have is that he is injured and if he continues playing, it might become worse, but none of the comments that I read about this episode had anything to do with that. All people did was take jabs at his character/skill and it’s so infuriating. 

I get that Sawamura is the main character and it’s upsetting that he’s not getting a lot of screen time. Honestly, I miss him too because his pitching style is fun, but that does not mean I will stand for Furuya hate. Furuya is my precious child. Leave him alone.
