Listen, I don't care how annoying you think these terms are, all the tumblr-popular terms for fictional characters DO all have different connotations:

Cinnamon roll: This character is pure, sweet, innocent human (or nonhuman) sunshine, loves everyone and deserves love from everyone. Has never done anything wrong in their life. Doesn't have a malicious bone in their body.

Smol bean: Like a cinnamon roll, but also young and small. Either a child or a character that the entire fandom TREATS like a child.

Sinnamon roll: Either looks like a cinnamon roll or is treated like a cinnamon roll by the fandom but is actually morally grey at best and has done so many things wrong.

Himbo: A male character who is buff, handsome, kind, respects women, and is very very stupid

Girlboss: A female character in some kind of position of authority who exudes raw power and is also more than likely a bit of an awful person. A win for feminism, or something.

Malewife: The opposite of a girlboss. A male character who's just a bit pathetic and is complete awe and/or subjugation of the strong and powerful women in his life.

Poor little meow meow: A character who is just pathetic, tragic, and miserable, like a bedraggled homeless cat caught out in the rain, but they're also morally complicated at best and a literal murderer at worst and at least some part of their suffering has to be their own doing. You feel pity for them and go 🥺🥺🥺 at the sight of them being sad while also feeling no guilt making fun of how pathetic and miserable they are.
