For Jeana: That day we had lunch at Elephant Bar. Did my best guesstimating the items according to the menu they had online.
Photos from that sushi dinner I never uploaded a month ago.

Sunset Ice wins the award for "Sharpest Spoon" seeing as how I cut my lip on that thing somehow. But joking aside, this is how we wrapped up our visit to the Orlando Food Truck Bazaar. I got a combination of Lemon and Key Lime. My friend, Austin, got Wild Berry and Root Beer. Go figure.

After the first run, we went back out to hunt for more good eats. Not wanting to wait, I went and looked for trucks with shorter lines. That's when I came across The Flattery - Gourmet Flatbreads. Having a hard time deciding what exactly to get, I saw a board on the side with "Special" written on it and I say to myself "Why the fuck now?" It was the best idea I had all day.
What I got was this piece of work--a flatbread covered with ground angus beef, bacon, jelly, and a peanut butter mustard sauce. Think peanut butter jelly bacon hamburger. Much like a Luther Burger, the sweet and salty components compliment each other perfectly. It was delicious.
The people operating the truck were very nice. Some complications came up with my order that took it longer than expected to make and the lady there, Tracy, came up and apologized for the delay and offered me a drink on the house. I turned her offer down since it only took a few minutes longer but in the end, she gave me a voucher for a free flatbread with my order.
Good Food, Good People. What more can you ask for? Would definitely go again.

Next up is Bem Bom, a Portuguese food truck. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I was immediately greeted by someone taking orders who introduced both himself and the cashier and was encouraged to ask him if I had any questions about the menu. I ordered the Prego de Frango Piri-Piri which is a Piri-Piri marinated chicken sandwich, with cilantro, pepper relish, island cheese, and hot mustard as well as a Nata, which is a Portuguese egg custard tart.
The sandwich, with its cilantro and pepper relish, had a very fresh taste. It was surprisingly spicy, not like that was a bad thing. The nata was very similar to the Chinese egg tarts that I'm used to--just a tad sweeter and had a crisp outer shell rather than the flaky pastry found in other variations.

My friend Austin ordered the Tacos at Saigon Sizzle which consist of a soft taco filled with marinated grilled chicken, pork or tofu with home made mayonnaise cilantro, cucumber, lettuce, and a Vietnamese pickles (pickled carrots and daikon radish).
