today (the 18th) marks a month since I slayed that deer on my motorcycle. since then I was only doing short rides for span of a couple blocks here and there on my other bike two weeks into the broken collar bone, but today I put my longest ride in since the accident doing about twenty miles or so; and it was the first time I got back on the highways which had me a bit hesitant before today. I probably got another two weeks till my shoulders 100%. I have about 90% of motion to my shoulder now. I just can't really lift heavy stuff with it. It felt amazing to really ride again though. riding is in me man, I don't see me giving it up. Also oddly today with out realizing for the first time I happen to put on the same pair of jeans I was wearing when I wrecked. The wrecked made my jeans look more vintage and stylish!

you can't beat a night on the water with fireworks. last night I got to enjoy it while tied up with a Four Winn 350 a class size vessel I plan to upgrade to next. it's a beautiful boat with one of the best floor plan layouts I think you can find for its size. The biggest downfall is having to paying $2k to keep her topped off. (at Allegheny River)
