Bernardi Roig born 1965 in Palma de Mallorca, Spain is a multi-media artist who left drawing to explore sculpture, photography, and video. 

Roig speaks to the viewer through his solitary man; the human body and its symbols, reflecting on the meaning of life itself. He forces us to confront our desires: the human concepts of progress and social change, which remain unfulfilled. With these illusive, undefined objectives the artist invites a dialogue on the multiple identities of contemporary man, seen in the light of art and philosophy.

He currently lives and works between Madrid and Binissalem, Mallorca, Spain. Check out his Facebook.

The city of Sydney, Australia is currently hosting its awesome annual exhibition of light and music. Entitled Vivid Sydney, the show runs through June 9th, is free for the public and consists of dozens of stunning light sculptures and otherworldly light projections throughout the downtown area and in Sydney Harbour.

The dreams of the Department of Luminous Light Painting are made of visions like these awesome animated images created by New York-based photographer Lucea Spinelli. For her series entitled Phōtosgraphé, Spinelli uses light as a ghostly presence, both playful and haunting, swinging on playground swings, leaping onto park benches and chars, floating through hallways and stairwells, or descending from a ceiling light like a phantom jellyfish.
