I know I don't have many followers to see this but I just want to say that if someone has depression or is going through some very rough times, at least help them as much as you can.

Helping someone with depression changes lives; they get to see the world and live their life to the fullest, but not everyone tries their best to help out.

Most people would just ask if someone is okay, and when they say they're fine they'll just drop it. I mean what the fuck!? I know they might not want help but tell a parent or someone you can trust.

It may seem like you're invading their privacy but it helps them for the better.
