Mini-Game Poll

Hey all! I want to start a mini-game in earnest but am not sure which idea would work better. I have a few ideas but would really appreciate some feedback. :) Reply to this post or message me which one you'd rather have, and thanks for your help!!! It will be about The Mercenary and you'll earn a prize at the end which can be redeemed in the actual game. Here's the list of ideas to choose from: 1. A romantic encounter (would earn a valuable personal item) 2. A previous mercenary job (would earn a unique creature-related item) 3. A card tournament with familiar friends (would earn money or a personal item) 4. "Don't worry about a mini-game, just work on chapter 3, you dorkus!"

Hi again, friends! I've been working hard on chapter 3, finally, and wanted to share the good news. :) I don't have a release date in mind, but I did want to say that I haven't forgotten about this game by any means. A Question

Hey guys, I have a quick Q for you: should I wait until chapter 3 is done to update the game, or upload a smaller update tomorrow? My plan at the start was to update whenever a new chapter was done, but I didn't expect to work at this snail's pace. If I update tomorrow, it will include the following: - A new race called the primaei, pure-blooded cousin to the illumaei - Tweaks to chapters 1 + 2 - New armor stat, so that what you choose to wear actually matters Thanks for being patient with me as I ever so slowly, to the point of being imperceptible, get this game out to you. To be honest, I can only write when I'm in a good mental state. I've been feeling better lately and really want to put more work into ACitS. <3

is there any particular reason the mercenary likes going barefoot?

In the original story I kept trying and failing to write, they were a caeol who went barefoot to draw power from the ground. They also carried a stone in their pocket. I just left it in because I found it amusing :)

Long Time, No See

Hey everyone, it's been a while since we talked. I just wanted to update you on the current status of ACitS, because there's actually going to be an update soon! I'm currently adding a new race called the primaei. They use elemental magic just like the illumaei, but they're more powerful and have unique appearances based on which god created them. I'm also polishing up chapter 2, because I wrote it so quickly that there were a lot of flaws. Chapter 3 is back in the Mercenary's POV, and there's a mystery to solve (and some lips to kiss, if that interests you). It's not finished yet but I'm working hard and will get that out as soon as I can. Also, I've been trying to work on the mini-game but inspiration is slow in coming to me. I keep deleting what I've written. :( Hope you've all been doing well!
