“Hello… My name is Irregular… are you related to BotoRen?”

He stared at the girl. She seemed… scared?

The previous guarded feeling vanished as a wave of protectiveness washed over her. He better not have touched her sibling... If he did, it would be a bit stupid for him to enter the water as she had a significant advantage. BotoRin's head emerged from the water so the mysterious stranger could understand her words.

"How do you know my twin?" she asked cautiously with a frown.

"Sure." She plucked the hair tie from his palm and maneuvered herself so that she was behind her brother and had access to his hair. Dainty fingers moved through the liquid and played with it until most of it was in position for a small ponytail. With one hand firmly clutching the blonde, watery strands, her other slipped the hair tie off her alternate wrist and onto the base of the skull. After double looping it, it was done.

"How's that?" she asked. "Is it too tight or anything?"

Ah. A human. How strange. From what she could tell, he wasn't afraid or alarmed from her not so normal appearance The man almost seemed... fascinated by her, a feeling she also felt for him. Something about the guy was oddly familiar, but she couldn't put her finger on it.

"Hi! Nice to meet you. I'm BotoRin!" From what Mom had told her, she was supposed to be scared, but she wasn't at all. The blonde seemed friendly enough, so she saw no reason to fear him.

Curious blue eyes peek centimeters from the surface of the waters, and blonde liquid hair float atop the waves. Her eyes widen as she notices a figure on the sandy beach a few meters away. lonelygoldengear, littlepinkcanary, tolueneluka, and thatnormalboytadakuni... Are you good or bad?

BotoRin wasn't supposed to go anywhere near that beach that the land-dwellers were oh so fond of, but she couldn't hold herself back. The Botoru had always wanted to visit, but she was forbidden to go anywhere near it.

Figuring it was okay if there was no living thing there, she waited patiently until there wasn't a single one left before she popped her head up. But it seemed that she hadn't let enough time pass. There was one still on the beach. Just one. But the person had turned their head to glance at her, she had been noticed.

Uh-Oh. Well, she was going to be grounded....
