Valentines Headcanons. 💖

Throughout the day, Midoriya gets a shit ton of valentines gift from every student in 1-A and 1-B, and gifts from each member of the Big Three, Eri, Kota, Katsuma, Mahoro, Rody, Melissa. He even gets a few from Pro heroes and civilians that recognize him around town. He ends up with so many that he eventually regifts them to family and friends

Momo loves to spend money on her classmates and gifts them super expensive presents every time she gets the chance. She never asks for anything back cause she herself doesn’t like expensive gifts, so when she’s finally gifted a simple valentines card from Sero, she breaks down in happy tears. Ever since then, her classmates love making cards for her as thank you gifts.

Shoji doesn’t normally celebrate Valentine’s Day because he had no one to celebrate with. One day however, he finds a basket outside his dorm with 6 beige roses carefully placed inside (one for each of his dupli-arms) On the handle of the basket there was a tag that said “From your first ever valentines: Tokoyami and Mineta”

As much as I absolutely adore Mineta, I think trying to defend him is kinda useless at this point. People aren’t gonna change their minds regardless of how good your argument is sadly.

All I wanna say is that this fandom likes to dwell in the past a lot, mostly with characters like Mineta and Bakugo. Mineta hasn’t done anything remotely perverted after that stunt he pulled with Mina, and Bakugo’s shown that he does care about Deku, in his own, aggressive way but he cares nonetheless.

The fandom always talks about how they want these characters to change, but when they actually do, people just turn a blind eye to it. And when others try to defend them, they just spew out things that are honestly old news by now. I’m not saying the fandom should love these characters cause I get why they don’t. Alls I’m saying is they could at least acknowledge that they are developing as characters instead of ignoring it.

I just had the best idea for a polycule. Mineta, Momo, and Shoji. Just think about it. Momo and Shoji are both calm, well mannered, and have their own insecurities, whether is being looks or abilities. While Mineta is almost the complete opposite, he’s obnoxious (in a good way) and incredibly confident (maybe to mask insecurities? 👀) I feel like they could compliment and balance each other very well. Shoji and Momo can keep Mineta in line and calm him down when he gets riled up (😉) and Mineta would of course shower them in praises to help them feel more comfortable with themselves. Plus they all have names that start with M, so they could be the M,M&Ms

Mineta and Eri basically wear the same size clothing, so when Mineta forgets to do laundry, Eri lends, or just flat out gives him some of her clothes. Mineta would get the weirdest stares from his classmates for wearing something like this.

And of course, since “fragile masculinity? I barely now her”, he would just show off. 🧎‍♂️

Mineta is Kaminari’s personal stress ball. Whenever Denki’s stressed or upset, regardless of where Mineta is or what he’s doing, Denki sits him on his lap starts squeezing his hair balls. They’re really soft and squishy since they’re still on Neta’s head. Mineta really likes when people play with his hair and he loves helping his friend out, so he doesn’t mind.

I feel like Mineta would actually be pretty good at dodge ball. He has great aim and can throw pretty well due to his quirk, and he’s tiny so he would be hard target to hit in reality.

Why are we sleeping on KiriDeku???? They’d make such a wholesome ass couple. Both of them were bullied for their quirk (or lack of) they’re both so supportive; I can just imagine them hyping each other up during training and talking about nerdy hero stuff together 😟❤️
