im laughing so hard because people who already saw suicide squad are saying that jared Leto as the joker only got like 20 minutes of screen time out of the entire 130 minute film like oh my god he spent more than a year doing the creepiest possible shit, alienating his AAA movie castmates, turning himself into a laughingstock to hollywood, saying shit like “theyre gonna lock me up for this performance… ooo… they gotta throw me in prison for this”, and basically making himself too much of an edgelord for even most scene kids to come near and they fucking gave him only 20 minutes of screentime and took him out of most of the promotional material this is all just so funny

ik some people don’t understand exactly how much anxiety can irrationally prevent you from doing things, even easy things, or how much it can completely stunt your life… it’s garbage tbh and it’s not the same as being nervous, it’s not something you can necessarily just push through, you can be confident in some ways and terrified of other things for reasons that might not even make sense to you, and telling someone to “get over it” is practically a guarantee you’re making them feel even worse, so… yeah

Update! (I live here in Louisville where this school is) They have *Temporarily* suspended this policy till further review. Wouldn’t say it’s over, but at least kids can get their hair done without worry of being expelled. 

JCPS (Jefferson County Public Schools) is claiming that is not a policy they have, but a policy that specific high school (Butler High school ) has. The high school is claiming it’s a traditional school (or one you pay to go to) which is a lie, it’s a public school and anyone can go there. They hold on to the ‘traditional’ title due to the age of the school.

So everyone is quickly passing blame, and now due to mass amounts of people threatening to move schools they are back pedaling.

I never understood how they were allowed to do this. How do you deny kids education because of what they’re wearing or how their hair is styled. The fucked up part is this always seems to pertain to girls and black kids. Girls getting sent home for wearing shorts or having their collarbone showing. Little black kids getting expelled for wearing their natural hair. Are you fucking kidding me.
