Recently, I experienced shifting to the 80s for a fame dr. And honestly.. that was prob one of my most interesting shifts in a while. Shifting to a reality where I was in an era of time I hadn’t remembered or existed for felt so odd. I found myself dissociating a lot.

In this dr, I was dating young Micheal (pre off the wall era, so it was 79’) and what crossed my mind the most was that the people I was around were most likely dead and it kinda freaked me out.

However, the longer I stayed the more connected I was to that dr in the sense of era. No modern technology, it felt so much better. Now when I think about this era I kinda .. feel sad, idk?

Yes & no! I don’t really have a routine, well that I register consciously. I normally shift with a pure intention, and with constantly questioning my mind. But the way I got to this in my journey was with focusing on how I was sleeping mainly.

I had a theory, where if I was capable of dreaming of someone or something in specific I could use that same theory to my dr & shifting! So I always put that to work when I shifted, I thought specifically on questions on my dr that I knew would help me in some way, “where is my bed placed in my room?” “Who are my dorm-mates” ect ect. If I felt like I’d be side tracked I’d either try to set myself up for my shift before bed or scrap the shift in total until I knew I was ready and focused enough to shift. Shifting is something that you can do but you aren’t aware of doing so like a habit. Think of shifting like zoning out, what normally “triggers” you from that specific zoning out, a loud noise? A friend ?? Think of TGE zoning out as ur awareness shifting. I can go deeper in what helps like my mindset but my journey is sadly all over the place ..

Yes! I do get memories whilst I’m in my cr, which is very common with people who are shifting realities. You are always connected to a reality. The only thing that shifts is ur awareness, so memories come and go like here!

Memories are just things youve experienced, so it feels the same from ur drs. Memories are great to motivate you & give urself intel about ur own realities.

What I recommend the most when getting dr memories is writing them down so when you read them later you connect the dots to dr drama you didn’t script, and other silly things!

۪ 🎱 ꒰ disclaimer ꒱ ۪ ݁ this is coming from my experiences, as I see things very optimisticly! ݁ ۪ ୧

⎯⠀ manifesting my life through my drs .. ㅤ⬭ this is probably very rare in shifting spaces, but I see my cr as any other reality, I choose to stay in my cr. I know that my cr continues to alter, esp as someone who considers themselves an optimist. I hold my current at the same standard I’d see my dr in. I believe that my cr will get better, if I notice it or not.

ive also notice this in the ways of how I handle situations in my cr, and manifesting my cr boyfriend to have the same attributes as my dr bfs. I manifest my life in the form of my drs. I see my drs as different eras of my life, I feel as though I’m preparing myself for what could be there for myself. ꯱ׁׅ֒

⎯⠀ how I carry myself .. ㅤ⬭ I have image issues, well I used to. before successfully shifting, I believed that I wasn’t pretty, I was incapable of most things I loved, ect. The normal self consciousness that a teenage girl would have .. and honestly shifting help build my confidence, self acceptance, sense of self hugely. shifting to idol of drs helped me with my confidence & dealing with my self in the way of how I did my makeup, or even took care of myself. watching people who actually cared about me and help me build my self esteem really helped. I love my team down! ꯱ׁׅ֒

⎯⠀ handling situations .. ㅤ⬭ since I’ve shifted over 40x I’ve been in insane situations, multiple break ups, arguement, disagreements, rekindlings, and much more.. and I will honestly say shifting has helped a lot, I’ve definitely learned to read a room and when someone doesnt like me. Ive became more articulate with what I want to say instead of shutting down. Going through adult situations has taught my how to be mature in teenage situations and help my friends achieve similar. ꯱ׁׅ֒

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ when it comes to starting to like someone in a dr, especially a fame reality, I feel as though it can be hard cause a lot of people tend to suck and fuck on a lot of people and a lot of people don’t have true decency for people .. and sometimes, they LOW KEY just wanna sleep with others with no true feelings. Having such a busy life can be so much harder to fall in love to be truly honest. & as much as you want more with someone it can be very hard.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ and when you do finally like someone, it can be hard to express your feelings cause a lot of people shut out true feelings or the idea of being with someone. . and when someone likes you back they can react very differently, they’d either be straight up, try to make fast advances, or won’t tell you at all but feel some type of way when you are in another relationship.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ I will say this! ur options are always open, however a lot of idols have very strict types cause they’ve seen how their fans act .. and yeah, they hate ts!

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ actually getting with someone is like the part that pisses me off cause they be so quick to rush into things, weather it’s sleeping with eachother, or anything else that’s really couple like. They get so used to just doing those things they find “asking someone out” to be useless ..??? like girl we scissor. & sometimes a lot of peoples personalities be for their fans and sometimes they use that same personality to get with you ..

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ dating can get so fucking toxic as a idol / celebrity. Theres a lot of ruthless cheaters who don’t care about embarrassing you, esp in public. I will not say names when I say this .. but, I once saw a idol get embarrassed so bad by a male idol that she had to switch industries from idol to western & Everytime i think about it I scream! But please that honey moon stage will do you BAD. Like I swear so many male idols get female idols by that facade of a gentle man.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ jealousy in the industry is in fact something serious asf. Reassurance, is in fact not enough sometimes. Working with people for ambassadorships/ music shows, can infact tear away at your s/os feelings. it’s the fact that you spend more time with someone youre getting paid to work with rather than your s/o can definitely eat away at their feelings, and this can contribute to toxicity that lasts a WHILE!

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ bitter exs is the WORST! Thing to experience in the industry, they will go as far as to ruin your career to make themselves feel better at times. Sometimes they’re just bat shit crazy, and from my experience make a dis song about you!

the reason i find race changing wrong goes beyond just “poc don’t like it”. though that alone is reason enough, because my voice as a woman of color does matter. our voices matter. we’re not optional background noise in your moral debate. we’re the people whose experiences you’re trying to appropriate.

but let’s go deeper. race changing is wrong because you don’t live in a vacuum. none of us do. every action you take is a reaction to the society that shaped you. and that society has race in it. it has white supremacy in it. it has colonization in its bones. and when you craft a dr, you don’t suddenly escape that mindset. you carry that frame of reference with you—whether you’re conscious of it or not.

my brilliant taurus twin said it best in this tiktok: we all have a frame of reference, and that’s what we operate from. it’s why we can agree that killing is wrong in this reality, and so the vast majority of us don’t go around murdering people in our DRs “just because we can”. even if we know that somewhere out there in the multiverse, killing might be morally neutral. we don’t use that logic to justify violence in our DRs, so why do race changers use it to justify becoming black or brown?

if racism doesn’t exist in your DR—great! it’s been long eradicated in all of mine. but you still brought yourself there. this version of you. the one raised in a world where race impacts safety, freedom, and dignity. so when you choose to “change races”, what you’re really doing is sidestepping the pain of our lived experiences while cherry-picking our features for your fantasy. and you may say “no, no it’s not like that”—but it is. you just refuse to open your eyes to it. and no, it doesn’t matter that “it doesn’t impact us here”. because you coming online promoting it does. your choices are not insular. your beliefs impact this community. and spewing around your poison will get somebody burned.

so when shifters of color tell you, “please don’t wear my skin. please don’t romanticize an identity you’ve never had to survive,” and you respond with, “fuck off infinite realities exist!” or “but this poc doesn’t mind,” you’re not just being dismissive.

you’re being racist.

because what you’re saying is “my desire outweighs your dignity”. you’re saying, “i don’t care what you’ve lived through—as long as I get to feel special”. and if “anything is possible” why is harm the first thing you choose?

listen when i tell you this—you don’t get to shift out of responsibility. you don’t get to silence voices you’ve never taken the time to listen to.

because if you truly believed in the infinite nature of reality, and not just fulfilling your own fantasies, you’d have imagined a version of yourself who knew better by now.

Hot take, don’t get upset at me !!

The things you script honestly can reflect on who you are as a person, shifting is like manifesting when you affirm and write in a “I am” form you are manifesting that certain reality, the same way reality shifting can be seen as fantasizing. Cause you’re so obsessed with being there and being this certain thing and it can reflect on how you view yourself and the things around you.

Some of you don’t fully grasp realism in reality shifting and that’s fine, we all don’t fully grasp it until we experience actually shifting no matter how much you look into it, it’s in all a personal journey. So when I see people hate on shiftok for setting boundaries for themselves when it comes to things revolving race changing or drs that are murderous it doesn’t make sense to me.

At the end of the day shifting is like a lesson you learn on your own, when people “limit beliefs” it’s not them setting boundaries for themselves, it would be them not believing in shifting in itself. It’s okay to set a boundary when it comes to reality shifting, when you reality shift your subconscious becomes more aware of things due to shifting, shifting for some, like me, do believe shifting makes you think on your choices when it comes to shifting. Shifting is a big lesson that can be learned in a good way or a bad way depending on how you take it.

In conclusion, I don’t see the harm in people having a morality when it comes to shifting. Reality shifting can affect you in ways of mental health if you aren’t careful at times.

End of my hot take!! Pls don’t take this as me telling you what to do, it’s just a thought piece and if you were gonna shift to somewhere or do something in your dr you where gonna do it anyways and that’s fine, you just can’t be upset if a person clocks you for it when you know it’s wrong here to some. Some of you say you’re open minded but loose your mind when people don’t think or like what you do it’s a very normal thing for people to do the same way people don’t believe in reality shifting you shouldn’t force them to believe

I shifted again! I shifted to my enha dr during a nap I had and it I seen my s/o Jay 😣 (we were lidurly sleeping next to each other) I wasn’t there for long this time due to me not really paying much attention to the fact I shifted since I was so sleepy, i was like in between both realities in a sense of my surroundings changing (not much, besides the fact the tv in my living room in my cr was on and when I would become aware in my dr it would be completely silent) it was so different from my other shifts since normally I don’t struggle that much with staying in my dr, still glad i shifted!! Might try again this week but who knows !

A thing I always tell my friends that have never shifted before is what it feels like to shift back, especially if youve shifted back mid doing something cause I always have.

It always feels like if youve ever opened a front door and a cool breeze of air hit you, calmness immediately washes over like even if you’re freaking out internally as most are, I from experience immediately feel calm it’s such a weird sense of mellowness, no stress, no panicking, just peace.

I hate that no one ever talks about what exactly it feels like when you shift, the feeling especially is very different and hard to forget.

Might be an unpopular shifting opinion, but I hate the lucid dream method, I hate lucid dreams in general cause one wrong move and you end up doing something so fucking stupid. One time I almost shifted with it to a txt dr and I freaked out and somehow was almost shifting to this scary ass reality where I was being kidnapped (I didn’t fully shift and was still kinda in the lucid dream so I was just terrified after) y’all might hate me for this but I fear my fav method is the intent method 💔
