PART 1: TEAM SWORDS
A screenprinted poster design for Fromm Petfest in Milwaukee, WI.
The design originally contained other animals like a rabbit and a tortoise, but I was directed in a more dog-core direction. Had fun with it!
a page from my sketchbook, inspired by agates.

A lil tribute to my S/V team of grubby little weirdos that would shake you down for all your money. AND your weed.
It’s been many years since drawing a full background, so I did a great big piece of Pokemon fanart to shake the rust off!! THIS WAS HUGE!
It took abt 2 weeks on and off to complete. loads of fun

May I know what brushes you used in your Livly island fan art and what your favorite brushes are? They are wonderful!
Not sure if you're the same person who commented (no need to be shy!!) but now I am back at my computer and can rattle off a couple brushes that I remember using for this piece.
Unfortunately, I download a lot of brushes from the Clip Studio Paint cloud store, and sometimes my computer replaces certain characters with a blank unicode box. I do wish there was a way to look at an archive of materials I've downloaded, or that downloaded brushes would have some kind of built-in link to the original creator.
The water texture, background patterns, and foreground plant life are definitely Japanese. The grainy airbrush is one of my faves, so I tried my best to copy the name down, but I don't know how helpful it is.
Leaky Larry and Decimated Dewey are from the FRENDEN set which is enormously worth the money. Hundreds of wonderful brushes to really bolster your library if you like experimenting!
Say! Do you love charming vintage Soviet illustrations of woodland animals?
I have been quietly plugging away at this little personal project, cleaning and editing scans from a vintage Ukrainian children's book.
I am happy to simply preserve the book (Yes! I have uploaded a scan of the full book on archive.org!) but I recently had a limited batch of vinyl stickers printed featuring a small assortment of these very fine illustrations:
Now, I only had 20 sheets printed (by my favorite queer-run local print shop, Shaky Hands Union Printing) but I plan to do several different configurations! Pages with just plants, just bugs, just foxes, plus single stickers of some larger illustrations throughout the book.
If you wanted to buy a sheet, I'm selling them through my Ko-Fi for eight smacks plus postage.
Limited run of 20. I'll ship anywhere. I love you.
Decided on a whim to record my first ever timelapse video!
I wanted to see how much fiddling and futzing I do...
4 hours -> 60 seconds! ^^;
Finished drawing here!

well, I accidentally drew this at a super low resolution but it is stoking my appreciation for the understated subtlety of the humble pixel
