im sorry ive been gone for around a month and in this month i have been binging like mad because i didn’t have any motivation, all my motivation is back now for summer and i got a jacket that i really want to be oversized. i will be sticking to my rules but also listening to subliminals a lot <33

drink : a cup of tea
a can of diet coke
food : a couple minstrels (chocolate)
water : one glass smhhh
exercise : 4 miles :))
notes : i had a rlly bad day :(

ate : a slice of pizza
about a quarter of pasta
drank : half a chocolate milkshake
water : one glass :((
