Marlene said Ali was originally going to die in Season 5, but Sasha got mad, so they changed their plan. Mona is definitely a possibility, unfortunately. I'd hate it if she died. Marlene and Keegan both said Toby lives. Marlene recently just posted a new BTS of Toby in a new scene too.. sooo he survives the car crash, but maybe not the series. Ali dying I think it would be "full circle". After all A always "takes back whats theirs and to the beginning " which would be a dead Ali.

Oh really?! I had no idea about the Sasha thing. Her death really would be amazing for the story. Sasha probably won’t mind being killed off as the show ends. Also that’s dumb about Toby. I can’t believe they spoiled it. Well I can, but you know haha. I don’t understand the benefit of keeping him around. He is such a filler character these days in my opinion.

I don’t think that’s true about Sasha. Everything I’ve read says that they were *considering* killing Ali instead of Charlotte at the beginning of 6b, but ultimately went in a different direction, obviously. I’ve never seen anything about Sasha getting angry and forcing them to change the storyline. I don’t think that’s how that kind of thing works.

Yeah I don’t think the actors get THAT much of a say. Sure they could make recommendations, especially in this world of PLL where the girls all get along so well with Marlene, but I don’t think it works like described, either. You’re right about it being for 6B, Marlene admitted that. Kind of odd I think; it makes me think that 1) this story hasn’t been planned for long at all or 2) Charlotte dying isn’t significant and AD isn’t avenging their death at all, if this is so last minute.

I’m just hoping that the reason they decided against killing off Ali was because she plays a big role in the final reveal, and not just for *Emison.*

Omg preach that. If the ONLY thing they do with Ali’s character is make Emison happen, I’ll consider that a total waste. Sasha, and Ali, deserve something greater. I’m not against Emison in any way - I think people that find happiness in one another deserve to be together. But if you asked me back in 2010 and 2011 how the show will end for Alison, I would’ve envisioned something really dark and twisted, because, well, that’s what they set up Alison to be through flashbacks whilst she was ‘the dead girl’. If they end Ali’s story with Emison, I think I’ll cry of sadness instead of happiness. (Again Emison can happen, I’m not against it, but I pray it’s not the ONLY thing that happens with Ali!)

I wouldn’t want Ali to die, but I want the end to be twisted and creepy and shocking. Sasha’s such a great, powerful actress and she plays every character  perfectly. I loved her as bitchy Ali and I hope they take advantage of her talent and don’t let it go to waste in this show.
