Kai- Plasma, destiny, Kailor, neutral with lava, hotwire and opposite

Nya- Jaya (honestly I think that's the only ship I love of her, otherwise she'd be single/ independent in my eyes)

I'm usually also fine with any other ship I havent mentioned here, but please. PLEASEEE NO GREENFLAME or ANY Lloyd x ninja ship. Oh and count Llorumi into that too

I draw the info about the AU to how it would go in canon, and whimsy ideas like these are usually more of her stuff lmao. Hi Hello! Love your art and AU, but I wanted to ask, in the season where Kai lost his fire powers(I forgot which one) what would happen to Nya since she is the master of Fire(I am fully picturing the boys dragging Nya around lmao)

Helloooo! THANK YOU SM and lets see! First things first, it was Season 11 where Kai lost his powers to Aspheera:)) In the SWAP AU, it would mean that Nya is the one who loses her powers instead of Kai. It could have been Kai ofcourse too, but as Asheera needed the fire to do her evil plans or something, it would be Nya here.

Im not sure tho if the other ninja would drag her around like they did with canon Kai. Jay would probably be insisted on being careful with her, or the other ninja would be careful too as they're scared of Nya when she's mad lmao (except Kai). And she WOULD be mad if she found out the idiots dragged her around like a ragdoll

hellooo!!! number one, how r u? number two, what's Nya's and Kai's relationship with Skylor?? how did Nya react to her having fire? does Kai still have a crush on her?

Helloooo! And Im doing good, thank you! A little stress with school coming up but otherwise good! Now for the questions: Nya and Skylor are friends, you could say Nya's second best friend after PIXAL. Nya was overjoyed to have met another woman ninja along with her, so they got along quite fast. The betrayal in S4 went almost the same way as it did for canon Kai, with Nya pretending to be on Chen side before Skylor joined them all too. She was surprised to see Skylor have fire to say the least, maybe even shocked. As for Kai, he first met Skylor when he and Garmadon got chained up together. So when Chen, Skylor and Clouse came over to talk to them, Kai basically had a love at first sight lmao. (I have art about this scene too! Here) Afterwards they got to know each other as friends in the end of S4, kept contact a little and became official in S9 during the time when the OG 4 were in the first Realm and Kai and Lloyd were stuck in ninjago over Garmadons reign.

Since Garmadon became sort of a father figure to Kai, how was he feeling during the Oni Trilogy? You know, when said father figure was revived as a violent shell of himself.

Cuz I imagine he was struggling a lot emotionally. Between watching Garmadon beat his own son to near death on live television, and (assuming that Kai was the one to stay behind in Ninjago and Nya was sent to the First Realm) trying to survive in the post-apocalyptic world he created under Harumi’s guidance.

One word: shitty. He was feeling shitty. Kai ofcourse felt bad and emotional when he heard that Garmadon was to be brought back, but he kept telling himself it wasnt that big of a deal to him in comparison to how it was for Lloyd. Lloyd was already betrayed by his love interest and ripped away from his power, so Kai put his attention rather to Lloyd than someone who betrayed their side and went evil once again. Basically he does miss the good times with Sensei Garmadon, but he pushed his own pain away in order to support Lloyd through everything. Along with the OG 4 gone in the first realm, that gives him more headache than needed.

Would Nya in your au struggle between Lloyd and the fang-blade like canon Kai did or no?

Also would she think she’s the green ninja?

She would maybe think about it in the moment like canon Kai did, but eventually choose Lloyd ofcourse. She's also not as fixated as canon Kai to become the green ninja, (meaning she wouldnt be jealous of Lloyd afterwards, just pissed a little that she wasnt able to put the mysoginistic society behind her faster) but she did see the role as a final proof for society to see her as someone more than just "the girl". Who would disrespect the green ninja after all?
