If police gave a fuck about protecting they wouldn’t use these. The possibility of even ONE death is too many. Not only that, but they are firing upon peaceful protesters, medics, and journalists.

Media isn’t covering it accurately either. When a semi truck plowed into a crowd in Minneapolis yesterday, the protesters there climbed into the truck to stop him. Eyewitnesses say that when the police showed up they fired rubber bullets on the whole crowd.

damn... cities putting a curfew in place to “protect local businesses from riots” but couldn’t keep things closed to protect us from covid, couldn’t cancel rent so people and businesses would have a guaranteed place to stay, and couldn’t offer sufficient $ to bail out people and small businesses... sounds like u care less about protecting people/businesses and more about stopping anti racist protestors
