Friendly reminder to PLEASE. stop using "narcissist" to describe an abuser or any situation regarding that. I have seen so many genuinely validating and strong posts or discussions be ruined by ableist and inaccurate terminology. It's irritating. There are so many powerful words in the English language and yet you turn to demonizing a disorder. If you want to work on normalizing the effects of trauma then normalize defending NPD as well.

If you use the term "narc-abuse" then I hope you weep when you realize I'm in a perfectly healthy relationship with a narcissist.

There is no such thing as universal “neurodivergent traits”. Neurodivergence is a very, very wide spectrum that encompasses dozens of disorders and conditions.

DID and autism have no traits in common. It’s not productive for you to make repetitive posts titled “neurodivergent traits” and then list the same five or six autism/ADHD traits all the other posts have.
