watch this jackie. You wont be tempted anymore. I was only able to sit through a bit at a time. longest time i was able to sit still and watch without pausing or walking away was 30 minutes. lets see how well u do
So yesterday I posted breakfast which was the chickpea salad. For lunch I had a soy burger with dairy free cheese, with slices of tomatoe and avocado (no bread cuz I don't have any) got a little hungry a little later and had the rest of the chickpea salad. For dinner I had blackeye peas with onions green peppers and potatoes all sauteed together. Got peckish around 11 and had some celery stalks dipped in peanut butter. :)
My lunch was the last of the soy products I had bought so now I'm going to look into creating my own veggie burgers like black bean burgers or chickpea burgers. I'll let you know how it goes.
Have you tried anything like that?
Chick pea salad for breakfast. With coffee and almond milk on the side.
Ancient Egypt was not a mixed society.
Ancient Egypt was PITCHED BLACK until the 7th century AD, when Indo Aryans called Arabs invaded from Central Asia.
For 99 percent of Egyptian history, Egypt was as BLACK as Nigeria, as BLACK as Congo, and as BLACK as Senegal.
King Tut was a dark skinned black man,
Queen Tiye was a beautiful and EXTREMELY dark skinned woman.
Hatshepsut was also very very very dark skinned.
Even during the Ptolemaic period of Kemet, the Egyptians were primarily African.
The fact that the most advanced civilization of human history was composed primarily of Black People is the most annoying and frustrating thing to white supremacist historians today.

He also recommended this documentary, Earthlings. I know I found it on youtube, it may be on Netflix. I can get it for you if you need it and bring it down for christmas. (oh by the way i can make it home for Christmas! :) ) But yeah, His description of it scared me but I think it will also be a good watch... and a certain form of motivation
Check this and eat ez…
So I was talking to a friend last night and being the wealth of knowledge that he is, gave me some really good recommendations and info on this diet endeavor. Suggested I look into T. Collin Campbell and watch this documentary. (Found on Netflix)
To be informed on the benefits and whatnot, and im sure after watching how good a plant based diet can be for people will serve as motivation as well :)
