I would like to request a headcanon. I got into a discussion where I argued that Arthur would 110% treat MC like a child if she was underage in her time (it was 13 in France in the 1800's and Arthur is a flirt but not an animal). So, I would like to request Le Comte (he is basically the dad anyway), Jean, Arthur, Napoleon dealing with someone trying to propose a few year long engagement (for son/nephew) with MC, because she is technically an aristocrat's ward.

I THINK I guet what you are requesting. As far as I understand it is a scenario where someone proposes an arranged marriage for the MC. But what confuses me is the addition of the age of consent. Is the MC underage? Maybe it’s that English is not my first language or I’m reading it wrong, but if you’re reading this could you clarify? Because I do not write hcs for underage characters and if you are underage yourself then my blog is NOT for you :)

I absolutely CAN do some helpful, caring Leo. Thank you so much for requesting and your continued support (how do your interests coincide with my random ass ones?? I see you in the notes of ALL my blogs ily ♥︎), sorry this took so long. -𓆏

Leonardo:

* Leonardo has an extensive knowledge of the human anatomy, including muscles. He’d want to know the exact place the pain is coming from and what kind of pain it is.

* The first time it happens he makes you sit on his or your bed with your back exposed. He secretly revels in your embarrassment as you cover yourself with your shirt, letting himself admire you while your back is turned to him. He presses a warm hand to you and presses firmly with the pads of his fingers as he travels down your skin.

* “Does it hurt here?” You cannot bring yourself to look him in the eye, instead you just shake your head. “Hmm-” he continues to press and prod at you, stopping when he hears your sharp inhale and then massaging the sore muscles with deep, insistent pressing of his hands. “There, breathe for me Cara Mia. Shh, it’ll feel better after.”

* “You work too much, Cara. You should rest more often, or at least stretch once in a while.” You’re still fozen in place, sore from his massage and hypnotized dumb by his soothing voice, but you still manage a gentle scoff. “Like you? Leonardo, if I rested as much as you do my back would hurt from lying down.” He laughs softly and concedes with a gentle pat to your shoulder. “Not as much then, but I still think you’re overworked.”

* You’re about to retalliate, but he stands up and motions for you to lie down properly. “What, are you giving me a massage?” you laugh. He merely raises an eyebrow and nods towards the pillows. Your expression drops in surprise, you hadn’t expected him to actually do it “Oh...” You awkwardly manouver yourself into a comfortable position, keeping your shirt firmly pressed to your naked front. He barks a laugh when you groan sharply at the first painful press of his palm. (He kisses the spot in apology after don’t worry).

* The next times you get back pain he can usually spot it early, he notices when you start to stretch and grimace in the middle of a task, and makes a point to tell you to take a break soon. He sometimes comes at you from behind and pulls you gently with a hand on your shoulder to lean on his other arm, making sure you straighten your spine and digging his thumbs gently but firmly into your shoulders before ruffling your hair and leaving.

* Every time this happens you’re immediately torn between wanting to melt into his hold and ditch work to let him take care of you, and dying from a spontaneous heart attack or maybe embarrassment. Leonardo does not care if you are in the middle of serving dinner in a crowded dining room, dusting the empty library, or in the middle of an intense sheet-hanging contest with Sebastian. He can and he will take care of his Cara unabashedly even if it means sending you to an early grave. He also has a thing for showing everyone you’re his, try and tell me otherwise.

* At night, if it gets bad, he’ll make you lay on a cloth pouch filled with heated rice grains so that your muscles can loosen up before you go to sleep. Hopefully that can keep the pain from growing during the night and giving you a hard time the next day.

* To keep you from getting bored while laying still, Leo will read to you from some random book he’s got lying around in his room. His voice is deep and soothing, and he’s nice enough to start reading somewhere that makes sense so that you can understand the subject. He reads from storybooks, hystorical records, natural science and poem collections. No matter the subject he reads about, he can make you hang onto his every word.

* He helps you in every way he can, but he does it in a way that you might not even notice if you don’t already know he is doing it. He’s sitting on the floor already, why don’t you just hand him the linens and he’ll put them in the bottom drawer, no need to crouch down. He will ‘just be walking by’ and oh look! just the book he needed! Nah- he’s heading to the library already, he’ll just take the whole box on his way. You just worry about other stuff Cara Mia. It’s like he’s just around the corner at any given moment, but he doesn’t even seem to be particularly paying attention to you... weird.

I don’t speak Italian but I do speak Spanish which- romance language so same difference. It irks me so much when people call the MC Cara Mia in relation to Leonardo. Like “Cara” means dear, that’s the base nickname. The “Mia”part is just literally ‘My’. I see people calling the MC Leo’s Cara Mia and- no! The Mia is already possessive, it’s literally saying she’s his my dear. It’s insignificant but the redundancy of it drives my brain nuts lmao. (If you don’t speak Italian or a Latin-based language this is not me judging you!! I’m just screaming into the void here!) ((same thing with Mozart and “mein liebe” but German is closer to English so I don’t see it as much))

It is LATE and I am Rambling but you know how Leo’s last name isn’t actually da Vinci? Like it literally translates to of Vinci as in the town of Vinci because the dude is so old that he actually didn’t have a last name (last names weren’t really a thing yet). And this is the historical reason but in game? You know how Comte only reveals his name in-route and is supposedly a huge spoiler? (I haven’t actually read much about it bc I don’t wanna be spoiled so I don’t know much). But I find it so... interesting that we do not really know their True Names (YES I know it’s bc they’re old just Stay With Me here). 

In mythology True Names tend to hold a lot of power (the self is intricately tied to it), creatures like fairies and werewolves are often twarted by the mere whisper of their name, and they protect it fiercely. Media containing some form of magic also places importance on names often (take Death Note or Moana or thousands of others for example). I don’t know if it is the same for vampires but it is too late to fall into a research well so I will not even try. Point is! Comte protects his name, Leo doesn’t even reveal that he is a true vampire until later in his route, and also doesn’t reveal his name at all, just goes by Leonardo da Vinci (listen I KNOW, let’s just all pretend he has a secret last name m’kay?) 

But just- *lies wide awake for the forseeable future*. I just think names holding power is a neat concept, and like to think about the ramifications of it in-universe for IkeVamp specificaly right now in this moment. Okay rant over! I don’t even know where I was going with this maybe I’ll know when I’m fully awake. But if any of you see this and go “:0″ I encourage you to ramble all over this post.

Can I request headcanons of the MC comforting the suitors (Leonardo, Theo, Jean and Mozart) because they had a terrible nightmare?

Sorry this took me so long but I was in school and also depressed lmao. Anyway all is good now and I hope you like these angsty boyes, now I really wanna hug me some vamps -𓆏

Leonardo:

* You’ve been sleeping in Leonardo’s room for only a short while now. You had fallen asleep while watching him work by candlelight at his desk. He had shushed you gently about an hour later when you stirred as he got into bed, and you hadn’t woken up again until well into the night.

* At first you don’t know why you’re awake, but then Leonardo groans again. It’s a long, drawn out groan of pain, and he’s panting like he’s just ran a marathon. The laces of his shirt are open to reveal his heaving chest and his hair clings to his forehead, his expression drawn.

* You shift anxiously into a seating position and try to wake him gently. “Leonardo?” He shakes his head and groans as he slaps your hand away, rolling himself into a tangle of sheets. “Leo?” You ask, now wide awake as you shake him more firmly. He nearly smacks his forehead right into your face whe he sits up with a start.

* At first you just sit there, half on his lap while you wait for him to come back into himself properly. You brush his sweat-soaked bangs from his face, smooth out his skewed cotton shirt while he pants gently and grips your shoulders firmly, eyes slowly focusing on you. You’ve never seen him so tense and worried, and as you gently caress his face and search his golden eyes he relaxes into your touch and heaves a great, shaking sigh.

* “Cara...” he murmurs, swallowing harshly, then chuckles self-depricatingly “Sorry for waking you.” You shake your head with a frown and he leans heavily into you until you both thump genly back onto the bed. “You alright?” he murmurs into your hair, head held close to his chest where you can hear his heart rate slowing down. “I should be asking you that” you chide. He chuckles again, more sincerely this time “Nah, you’re here, no? I’m alright now.” You press your lips against his collarbone and gently trace patterns on his back until he falls asleep once more.

Theo:

* He doesn’t move much in his sleep, so when you wake suddenly from the sharp pain of an elbow to the ribs you spring wide awake in an instant. Theo is jerking like he’s fighting his sheets in his sleep, and you barely have time to be concerned before he wakes himself up with a gasp of your name.

* “Theo?” You ask, unsure, holding your side absently. His eyes flit all over the room, taking his surroundings in frantically and then finally landing on you. His brows are set into a deep frown, and you hover anxiously next to him, not knowing if you should approach him just yet.

* “You’re hurt.” he finally rasps. He extends an arm and you exhale as you go willingly into his embrace. His hands are strong and firm as he checks your face, your arms, scanning his eyes over you to make sure you’re alright. “No, Theo. That was just a dream, see?” You try to pull away to show him you’re alright but he instantly tightens his hold on you, you give up with a soft grunt and smile up at him reassuringly. “I’m whole, I’m fine.”

* He eyes you, suspicious. Then rubs a thumb gently over your ribs. “Oh, that?” you chuckle “Theo, you know I’ve ran into the counter harder than that.” That pulls a half smile from him, and you lean in to kiss his cheek reassuringly, reveling in the pouting blush that results from it.

* “Clumsy little Hondje” He mutters, raising a hand to gently ruffle your hair and then trail it back down against your neck and shoulders in a soft caress. His breathing is evening out, and you pull him back down to the bed close to you. “There, if you hug me close like this you won’t have any room to elbow me” He glares down at you, but the effect is dampened by the sweet kiss he gives you in apology before tucking you close to his side.

Jean:

* You run into the room, heart pounding wildly. You had been just outside in the hallway when Jean had started screaming. A rasping, pained howl that sent you into immediate panic. You had burst into his room, running to his bed and calling his name in worry.

* Before you even know what is happening, Jean is awake and grasping your arms roughly in his strong hands. His eyes instantly rage with cold fury, but his expression morphs from hatred to terror in a second. “Mademoiselle?” His eyes widen and he quickly turns his head to hide his scar. “I told you not to come in here.” His tone is sharp, but his voice tremors slightly “I could have hurt you”.

* He seems to be preparing to either lecture you or kick you out, but stops and swallows his next words when you expression crumples into a teary frown. He seems at a loss as you step forward and hold onto his shoulders, looking at him for a moment before practically falling onto him. 

* He accepts the hug, willing to let you hold him but confused as to why you would want to. “Mademoiselle?” he whispers again. “Oh Jean, it sounded like you were in so much pain.” He winces, embarrassed, but still raises his hands to rub your back tenderly. “Oh, just look at me” you huff suddenly, rubbing your eyes pointedly as you step away from the embrace “I should be the one comforting you, not crying into your shoulder like a weak little child.” 

* “It was only a dream” Jean frowns, clenching his shaking hands onto the sheets “I’ve had them before, I can deal with them on my own.” It was the wrong thing to say, because your gaze turns sad again. Ignoring the painful pounding of his heart, he reaches out for your hand, taking comfort in the soft skin under his calloused fingers. “And I don’t think you weak.” He adds. You smile at him brigtly, and he forgets the burn of fire on his skin when you reach up to trace the line of his jaw.

Mozart:

* You stir gently awake, feeling Mozart’s gaze on you even before you open your eyes. “Sorry to wake you.” he murmurs “I just had to...” He trails off, long fingers trailing from your ribs, down over your waist and settling on your leg, where he rubs back and forth with his thumb for a quiet moment.

* “Are you okay?” you yawn, shifting closer so you can cuddle into his side. He holds you tighter and nuzzles into your neck, nodding against your skin. “Bad dream?” You ask, he nods again. “Shh” You soothe, gently and sleepily threading your fingers into his soft hair as he heaves out a relieved sigh.

* “We’re in the mansion, I’m safe, you’re safe... I won’t let you get hurt, even while you’re asleep.” He huffs against you, indignant. “I’m the one that’s supposed to protect you.” You smile and scratch his scalp gently, despite his tone, you can feel him relax around you. “There’s nothing wrong with being taken care of once in a while, Wolf. ‘Sides, we protect each other, right?”

* He scoffs, apparently almost back to his usual self. “What will you protect me from, huh? With those weak arms of yours.” “Wah-?!” You stare up at his mischievous smirk, he’s teasing you again. You pout “Well, see if I dust your room again.” You ignore his grumble of ‘I manage dusting just fine’ “-or bugs! I protect you from bugs all the time. Also, for someone so protective of his sheet music you sure do leave it lying around a lot, half of your notes would have flown out to the garden by now if I- hmp!” 

* You deflate against him as he takes your chin in his hand and pulls you into a deep kiss. “Never leave me.” He murmurs, surprisingly vulnerable. Ah- so that’s what this was about. “Never” you whisper against his lips. “I’ll love you until you tire of me.” Instead of chuckling like you expect him to. he inhales sharply and pulls you into a kiss once more, his eyebrows furrowing as he melts into you. “You’ll just have to love me forever, then.” You have no problem with that at all.

I’ll probably expand on this later but I hc that Sebastian is an amazing dancer. It’s canon that he grew up a rich boy with private tutors and such (I think it was mentioned in an event though I can’t remember which one), so I hc that he attended ballet and other dance lessons from a young age. He has that Dancer Posture and is very at home in his own skin. Also his legs are a godsend and his ass is absolutely phenomenal.

I just found out that someone has been sending anon hate and the poop has been signing the messages with the 𓆏 I use for my own messages. Idk if it is a horrible coincidence or someone is trying to pose as me, but it makes me feel sick to think people who have been sent these think it was me. This is actually my worst nightmare.

After agonizing over this for a few days I have decided to stop sending messages on anon. There is no way that I can reliably and definitely prove that it is not me sending the hate but I can keep spreading love to push back. I will still be sending messages signed with the 𓆏 (I refuse to let it be used to spread hate) but I will be sending them using my main blog @piniminimini so that you know it is me. So if you get a froggy anon it is NOT ME, regardless of the contents. I am aware that tumblr is practically useless when it comes to things like this, but if you get a hateful anon or even one that just makes you uncomfortable I encourage you to BLOCK the user and not answer the message. I can’t tell you what to do, but if it gets to be too much please turn off the anon option, put yourself and your health first.

Just in case it is not clear: THERE IS NO SPACE FOR HATE IN THIS BLOG. It is meant to be a space to have fun, share art and make friends that are equally thirsty for some good good bitey-boyes. I would like for this to be a safe, hate free space.
