Pure sweet child, Erina Nakiri.

Yo Ms. Danvers is creepy as all hell.
Showing psychotic tendencies such as keeping a loved ones clothes, furniture, brushes and not getting rid of them or giving them away. WTF. she didn’t even wash them, she over here like “Look this is Rebecca’s (is not was) touch, sniff it, lick it,” *proceeds to rub face with 1 ½ year old unwashed lingerie. There’s probably some other shit like that in that estate. Good luck Mrs. De Winter.

Alright so Ben probably has some sort of autism. Either that or he just wasn’t raised by a decent human being, either way why was he in that cottage. I’m pretty sure it wasn’t for that fishing line.
And we get it Daphne. Something evil on the beach. What happened to Rebecca was no accident. All this imagery of darkness, silence, and untended forests… pretty clear.
And now we have a new piece of garbage. This Favell guy. Absolute trash. prbly some sort of crook. Also pretty douchie. What the hell was he doing, and how is he affiliated with Mrs. Danvers. Why the West Wing. Rebecca by Daphne Du Maurier

How old is Mrs. De Winter? Like who past the age of 12 would do that after they mistakingly break a piece of china. honestly she’s a child.
Ey yo fuck Max. I don’t have any money I’ve lived a struggle. You don’t get to insult in situations equal to, lesser, or greater than mine just because people like me weren’t born with a silver spoon in our mouths you shit.
I respect that he does however believe that the only thing that really matters is what you believe about yourself
“I suppose that’s why you married me. you knew I was quiet and dull and inexperienced, so that there would be no gossip about me” - Mrs. De Winter Literally no fucking reason why you had to say that. I hate you. You are not the kind of person I would want to hang out with. And then Max terrifies the poor girl. Man, Mrs. De Winter you need to chill. Rebecca’s dead, you aint, that’s all that should matter. Rebecca by Daphne Du Maurier
Rebecca side note
The narrator is about as awkward and silent as I am so I can really relate to her whenever she has to really work in order to engage in a conversation, or when she feels inferior to others who are much more open to conversation with new people
Rebecca chptr 11
Whyyyy.... You are so annoying. I mean I can understand why you would feel so inferior. I've been in that position myself. But why would you be so persistent with Frank Crawley. Rude ass no tact havin little gurl. And Frank was totally in love with her. So the story is that rebecca drowned after her boat capsized. not buyin it. I'm still calling that Max killed her. I feel certain about this. But the narrator just ticked me off for pretty much the entire chapter. inferiority complex... possibly. Rebecca by Daphne Du Maurier
Ohhhh my gaaawwwwhhhd... THe eYEs! Please don't cry. Onodera is too adorable OMG

White azaleas… okay. Don’t understand the importance of thise yet.
nvmnd gotcha. R~~~~~
I find it kind of ridiculous that the narrator would do something as reckless as crossing the rocks on that shore, but then again I probably would’ve followed suit. Also Max is kind of dick for not saying “hey there’s another beach on the other side, he knows his way around, this isn’t unusual.” And then that guy by the shack. odd. interested in seeing how his character comes into play.
Oh yes and the cottage poses some questions, most obviously WHY does Max want it locked, why would he suppose that the man on the beach frequented inside of it. If the man doesn't actually then why was it unlocked? I'm intrigued.
Rebecca by Daphne Du Maurier
Happy Mother's day!
