3 years ago, in March, I chose to quit drinking and smoking.

I’ve not been the same since.

I feel so much closer to my reality, every day—even still, after 3 years, I observe my human sensations coming back to life.

I recognized that my environments were calling out to me, upon detoxing and refraining from saturating my perspective with mind-altering substances.

The capacity at which I am able to feel, is profound and palpable; my consciousness is actively erect; my DNA enriched—viscerally.

Awe-inspiringly, suffering led to healing, in turn, manifesting biological fortification; epigenetics.

LET THERE BE LIGHT—LET THE WATER FALL… just flow, as you are mightily abundant in just being yourself—and I love that about you. 💋

This play of life, is utter magic. 🥹

I’ve found that it is beneficial to live your life as if you’re physically blind at least part of the time—if not often.
